Reflections The feast of the Epiphany commemorates the visit of the three Magi at Jesus’ birth. At the very beginning, we are reminded that Jesus came not just for a select group but for all people. It is worth noting that those who acknowledge the birth of Jesus were lowly, un-educated shepherds and foreigners. The priest and elders of their own community were not there. Perhaps we should rethink our assump-tions about people and remember that God so loved all of us that he sent his son, Jesus, to walk with us.

Arise, Shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you.

Happy New Year from ASA! As we step into 2017, we take special time to pause and reflect on the many blessings of the past year and to pray for God’s blessings continued in the year ahead. The new year also gives us an opportunity to start fresh, try something different and make a posi-tive change in our lives. The presence of a thriving and flourishing Catholic elementary school in the Parsippany area is certainly gift for which we are thankful. This may be the time to consider enrollment at All Saints Academy for your child. All Saints Academy offers an excellent academic program, en-riched with STEM education, which exists within an environment that celebrates our loving Catholic faith. The mid-point of the school will be in late January, a very appropriate time to register as a transfer student in grades 1 through 7. It is also a fitting time for a young child to begin attending school in our Early Childhood Center. Please visit our website at www.allsaintspar.org and contact our school office at 973-334-4704 to learn more about the fine educa-tional opportunities for your family in 2016 at All Saints Academy. www.allsaintspar.
