On deck: Target setting & cluster meetingsReview of target setting process

Steps to be done NOW by you1. Upon receipt of target setting materials from the campaign office, try

the exercise for your home division so you have experience when dis-cussing it with your team.

    2. Call or email Cristina with questions or problems.3. Email the target setting documents to your Multi and Division Coordi-

nators. They will also receive it from the campaign office.

Next steps1. By February 28, schedule a conference call with your team (Multi andDivision Coordinators)

    2. Advise Dr. Wil and Cristina when that call will be so that Cristina canbe prepared to help you introduce target setting to your team. She willjoin you for your conference call.

    3. On that call discuss with your team your district deadline for turning incompleted workbooks before the cluster meetings. This is theirhomework. The time between your target setting call and the cluster

meeting should be spent working on their division tables.

Cluster meetings1. Prior to cluster meetings Division Coordinators complete workbook &

information and send it to you, their District Coordinator2. At the cluster meetings the material is discussed, reviewed, and turned

into TARGETS for the Division and District

Goal setting1. Division Coordinators will be asked to work with their Club Coordina-

tors following the cluster meeting to create a detailed table which liststhe name of each club at the various level, rather than just the volumeof clubs at each level.

    2. This will be a process heavily involving the Club Coordinator. It canbe done in person or via phone depending on the volunteers prefer-

ence, the geography, or even the weather.
