Analyze the Learners• Second grade class, ages 7-8

• 20 students, 11 girls and 9 boys

• They all have computers at home and know how to use them with parent permission.

Objective• My students will know the elements of a fairy tale

and know what makes a fairy tale what it is, they will know this by the end of the week with an 85% accuracy using videos, books, smart boards, and activities.

Day by dayMonday: What is a Fairy Tale?

o Make a class list of what the students think a fairy tale is or what they think is part of a fairy tale.

o Discuss the elements of a fairy tale
