Cosmic Consciousness in eight easy steps

I first came across the eight circuit or "8 brain model" while reading Robert Anton Wilson'sThe Illuminati Papers. Wilson had in turn credited Timothy Leary, Ph.D. for creating thismodel/tool for understanding the human nervous system. There is evidence that suggests Learyreceived this information in the form of an obscure manuscript, penned by a Tantric Yoga

Master in India, from a certain "Professor Adams."Leary's brilliance was in the integration of the EasternHindu and Tantric teachings with Western Psychologyand Psychedelic inner exploration.

The eight-circuit model of consciousness is not only asystem used for understanding the human nervous system,it is a tool used to accelerate human consciousness.Understanding and use of this model assumes that themind/brain consists of the entire nervous, lymph andcirculatory system within the earthling body.Physiological as well as emotional attributes arecontained within this system.

Imagine eight subtle spiraling wheels of energy, oneabove the other, tethered by a translucent chord oflife-force or “chi” suspended and flowing through your

body. This energy nexus extends hierarchically upward from the base of your spine, to the topof your scull. Each individual circuit represents a major behavior mode or center ofconsciousness, from basic survival instinct to extra-sensory perception and beyond. The lowercircuits model mundane human behaviors, while the higher circuits model a framework thattranscends time and space.

It is important to realize that this transcendence of space/time is available to all earthlings atany moment by means of imagination.

As suggested above, each of the eight circuits may be visualized as corresponding to the"Chakra" system taught by Hindu schools of thought. Circuit one through seven line up withthe seven chakras localized in the earthling body. Circuit one equates to the "Muladhara" orbase chakra, and so on. Although each circuit does not correspond exactly with the easternteachings for each chakra, the analogy is a useful one for locating each of the first seven circuitswithin the earthling body. Circuit eight is non-local.

Upon reflection, the notion of the eighth circuit (eighth brain) being non-local, is quite aphenomenal proposition. The eighth circuit in effect becomes the vehicle of transmission with

universe. It is the link or means (matrix) whereby universe and the individual communicate.Individual and universe form a partnership that co-experiences existence. This partnership iscommunicated through synchronistic means, which from the perspective of the first fourcircuits, or "normal awareness" seems to defy logic.

Each circuit has a three phase cycle of development:

1.) Reception

2.) Integration

3.) ImplementationAs you will learn, this framework is an invaluable artifact in the pursuit of mastering Tek-Gnostics.

"Temporal" ConsciousnessCircuits one through Four

As the earthling baby develops, each circuit becomes active in succession. Circuits one through four are inherentin every earthling and function automatically according to the DNA blueprint. They are "temporal" in the sensethat they are consensual to all earthlings and obey the agreed upon laws of physics. Each circuit activates or isactivated by a basic stage of development. Circuit one at birth... Circuit two as the toddler begins to walk...Circuit three as the child develops speech... And circuit four at puberty.

Circuit one

Infant - Nourishment survival Brain. Imprinted on Mother.

After the incredible journey of being born, the earthling baby has earned the bliss of cuddling in his/her mothersarms. Automated survival instincts of suckling and clinging to mother's breast activate. This reality is primarily2-Dimentional, wherein the babies surroundings are less important beyond being loved, safe and warm.

Circuit two

Toddler - Locomotion political Brain. 3-D (space)

When a toddler gets his/her wheels (learns to walk), he/she becomes a full fledged member of the clan. Circuittwo activates mastery of one's dexterity and the manipulation (both physically and politically) of one'ssurroundings. The phenomena known as the terrible twos is a result of circuit two development.

Circuit three

Child - Language past/present/future conceptual Brain. 4-D (time)

Page 3: The Eight Circuits of Consciousness

As the child masters locomotion and politics, circuit three activates the ability to conceptualize and usetools/artifacts. The most intricate and powerful artifact is language. The ability to communicate in asophisticated manner allows access to the clan's available knowledge. Peer group activity becomes theparamount re-enforcement signal. Mastery of the concept of time allows the ability to reflect and predict.

Circuit four

Adolescent - Puberty and sexual-emotional Brain. (Heart)

Circuit four is triggered through hormonal activation. These emotion-chemicals mutate the body into the adultform. As the earthling body transforms, alarming and dramatic emotional changes occur. Not to worry... Thesephysical and emotional outbursts are actually quite normal. They are necessary exercises in opening the fourth or"Heart" circuit.

"Meta" ConsciousnessCircuits Five through Eight

As the earthling enters adulthood, the potential for the activation of circuits five through eight become available. These circuits are of a increasingly transcendental nature. Where circuit one through four are said to beanalytical in nature, circuits five through eight are intuitive and psychedelic in nature. More sophisticatedtantras, pertaining to circuits five through eight, are examined in our advanced program.

Circuit five

Ecstatic Brain. Imprinted by peak experiences. Non-ordinary reality... Being "High"

Circuit five is activated by repeated and consistent application of various highly sophisticated technologiesdeveloped by ancient earthling initiates. These practices take many forms to appeal to a wide audience.

Page 4: The Eight Circuits of Consciousness

Athletics, Drama, Literature and Music are a few examples of such technologies, as well as the traditionalpractice of Meditation. As an earthling excels in any of these yogas, they achieve a state of concentration andskill that produces an ecstatic or euphoric sensation within the body/mind. The resulting elevated sense of wellbeing and comprehension (being high) insures repeated practice.

Note: There are certain entheogenic shortcuts or yogas that have been used since antiquity, but the use of these or any othershortcut is of questionable value.

Circuit six

Meta-programming Brain. Thinking about thinking. Re-programming old imprints. Reality selection.

Circuit six is associated with so called psi phenomena such as pre-cognition and telepathic ability. Modernphysics describes all matter as vibratory in nature. In interpersonal communication, the implementation of circuitsix is perceived by earthlings as "picking up on the vibes" of another individual. In the old days, we used to callthis being in tune with one's bio-rhythms.

The implementation phase of circuit six may be thought of as creative reality selection or meta-programming asdescribed Dr. John C. Lilly, M.D. in his book "Programming and Metaprogramming in the HumanBiocomputer." The ability to redesign one's reality is known as the Art of Magick in certain circles (no punintended). The basic concept is that if one has focus and technique, one can re-define the way one sees andinteracts with universe.

Circuit seven

Collective unconscious Brain. Species wisdom retrieval.

Here is where we tap into the earthling collective... past, present and future. Circuit seven is the collectiveunconscious mind/brain of Dr. Carl Jung. It is believed by science that all of humanity's evolutionary history isarchived within the double helix of our DNA. This information may be accessed through circuit sevenactivation. Reincarnation and past life regression may be alternative interpretations of aspects of a fullyfunctional circuit seven.

Returning to the chakra analogy, circuit seven is analogous to the Sahasrara, or crown chakra... the thousandpetaled lotus flower. This energy vortex is the highest circuit within the earthling body. This circuit is in directcommunication with universe, which is visualized as a eighth circuit elevated above the earthling's head.

Circuit eight

Galactic Brain/mind. Non local access to universal matrix.

Contact. The ability for earthlings to be in communication with non-local (other worldly) intelligence has beenrecorded since the dawn of time. Out of body experience, cosmic consciousness, communion... there are manyinterpretations. One of the greatest and least offensive verbs used to describe this phenomena is inspiration. Tobe inspired is arguably the very basis for all human creativity and cultural development.

It is important to note that although the eight circuits are described above as being activated sequentially, any orall circuits may be activated at any time. Each earthling is unique, as is each earthling's life experiences.Anything can happen. Trauma, sever physical exertion, as well as natural tendencies may spontaneously triggerany circuit. That's just the way life is.

Remember... 8 is infinity spelled sideways!

Useful Correlations...

Eight-Fold PathEight circuits = Octave musical scale.

Circuits One through Four = Left Hemisphere analytical thinking.Circuits Five through Eight = Right Hemisphere creative thinking.

64 grid systems = Chess board, I-Ching, DNA.8 circuits x 8 (Will or self-programming) = 64 possibilities.
