Interior design In many cases, SSA comes to GSA for instruction and expertise in several areas, to include space management, office location, and office aesthetics. One of their most recent initiatives is to retain not only their employees, but also the customers that visit them on a daily basis. These customers come to the SSA offices to file for their benefits and to receive assistance.

Statement of Problem To understand the potential effects of office/interior design such as paint color and lighting on the moods & mentalities of SSA employees, customers and the quality of customer service.
