SmartVent Synergy is different from most other home ventilation

systems and also offers electrical contractors a unique channel

to market. Designed for electricians to sell and install, it is a

completely balanced system capable of extracting stale moisture-

laden air from inside a home and bringing in fresh, drier air at the

same time.

Best of all, Synergy is an energy recovery system that recovers and

re-uses up to 70 percent of the energy already paid for from the

warm air extracted from the home. In summer in cooling mode, the

process works in reverse. Utilising a 1kW or 2kW in-line tempering

heater to warm incoming air, Synergy can also draw air from a dry

roof cavity for increased heating efficiency.

The SmartVent Synergy system can be retrofitted to existing

houses but are especially suited to better-insulated modern homes

which are more airtight than ever before. By installing Synergy for

your clients you are giving them the optimum balance of fresh air

ventilation, comfort and a healthy home environment.

Synergy systems come in various sizes for homes up to 150, 250,

330 and 350sqm. SynergyPlus systems come in two sizes for

homes up to 200 and 250sqm.
