AVOIDING DRAMA TRIANGLE ROLES
Be confident in your abilities and motivated to foster confidence in others
Approach others with positive expectations
Be congruent with what you say and do
Support efforts to be more responsible and effective
Clarify consequences, impose them when behavior warrants
Do not do things you feel pressured to do for employees or coworkers
When someone fails to carry out responsibilities, confront the failure without conveying the feeling they have let you down
