A Lighthouse Point Library card is required for enrollment and registration in Library courses and programs.
The Lighthouse Point Library is a public municipal (rather than county) library. The Library is funded by the City of Lighthouse Point, grants, endowments, and donations. Library cards are free for all Lighthouse Point residents, business owners, and their children. Adults and youth (under the age of 4 and over the age of 13) who do not reside in the City of Lighthouse Point are welcome to join the Library for the annual fee of $50.00 per family (at the same full address).
ENROLLMENT IN THE SENIOR PROGRAM Before attending your first class session you will need to enroll in the
2018/2019 Senior Class Programs with your Lighthouse Point Library Card and driver’s license (which shows your date of birth and residency in Lighthouse Point). If your driver’s license does not have your Lighthouse Point address on it, you will also
need to bring a utility bill, property tax bill, or certified lease with your name and Lighthouse Point address on it. The name on your photo id must match the name on your proof of Lighthouse Point residency. The Library is required to
maintain copies of each participant’s enrollment form, proof of age, and proof of residency for their annual CDBG grant audit. Grant funding enables the Library to offer the facilities, utilities, supplies, equipment, support,
and the coordination necessary to run the senior program. REGISTRATION REQUIRED
To stay under the Fire Marshal capacity for each room, select classes require registration either in person at the library or online.
ONLINE REGISTRATION AT lighthousepointlibrary.com Adult and youth classes that require registration online open according to the course date. A Lighthouse Point Library
