During the game the player will be presented with a series of dilemmas based on social, economic and environmental aspects. The player will during the game encounter how decisions can affect the relationship with stake- holders. The player will also be put in situations where money and, at the same time, an ethical behaviour is contradicting. Since players are standing up it will create and de- mand an active involvement from all participants. HOW DOES THE GAME WORK Dilemmas are developed out of identified busi- ness dilemmas or dilemmas which would be typical for your company. The game provides the opportunity of viewing a dilemma from various stakeholder perspectives, which you define. It could be: Worker, NGO, shareholder, the society or the customer. A dilemma describes a situation and gives the player some choices to choose from. You play the game in teams of 5. The other players on the team then takes on, a “stakeholder” role-plays. The stakeholders will then have to either deduct or give points depending on how they like the answer, which the “dilemma holder” has chosen. THE GAME IS RELEVANT FOR YOU, IF: You could see a benefit in engaging stakeholders at all levels of the compa- ny in a fun, informal and inspiring way. It could be: Senior management, new employees, procurement professionals, suppliers, and new talent. You can see a benefit in having a tool, which you can use over and over again, anywhere in the world, in any language you want. If you are looking for a way to eliminate power point presentations and instead have a hands on experience. THE GAME WILL HELP YOU: Show that responsibility and/or sustainability covers a wide spectre. Create awareness about your agenda in an active way THE GAME IS ALSO: Flexible: Dilemmas can be formulated so they match the learning goals of your company.
