Saturday, 19/09/09The day of silence for both, guests and staff at the La Perla hotel officially begins at 3 pm. As usually, the hotel staff will be at your complete disposal, but they won’t say a word. Inside the hotel, you can find different places for playing games, reading, observing and listening.There will be time for ourselves, for our body and for nature.

Check-in within 3 pmThe silent activities will take place all around the hotel in the afternoon: in the wellness and spa centre, in the Stüa de Michil, in the fireplace lounge, in the bar and in the garden. Choose from absolute silence, recreation, meditation, listening and other activities. Dedicate yourself to your preferred activities, but please remember not to say a word.We await you for a silently chosen candle light dinner in complete silence. We will wish you a good night … silently, of course.

Sunday, 20/09/09Start your day with a sun salutation and a rich breakfast before you go for a walk in the middle of our beloved Dolomites, a World Heritage Natural Site. If you wish, you can enjoy a moment of meditation and have lunch in our garden. The Day of Silence will end with a gong.

Rules:Any objects that might diffuse noise such as the ringing of cell phones are forbidden. The silence has to be respected by all guests, the Costa family and the team of the La Perla hotel from 3 pm on Saturday to 1.30 pm on Sunday. We therefore recommend you to arrive before 3 pm in order to be able to explain you our programme in detail.
