1. Plaintiff is Maraida Rojas, who currentlyresides at 248 Hummel Street, Apt. 3,Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsyl-vania 17104 since 2004.

2. Defendant is Martin A. Dominguez, whopermanently resides at Res. Jardines deGuaynabo edif 4 Apt. 31, Guaynabo,Puerto Rico 00969, since 2000, but cur-rently resides at 1240 Walnut Street,Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17103.

3. Plaintiff has been a bona fide resident inthe Commonwealth for at least six monthsimmediately previous to the filing of thisComplaint.

4. The plaintiff and defendant were marriedon July 26, 2003 in Puerto Rico.

5. Plaintiff avers that there are no children ofthe parties under the age of 18.

6. The defendant is not in the military ornaval services of the United States or itsallies, or is otherwise within the provi-sions of the Soldiers and Sailors CivilRelief Act of Congress of 1940 and itsamendments.

7. There has been no prior action of divorceor for annulment between the parties.

8. The marriage is irretrievably broken.9. Plaintiff has been advised that counseling

is available and that defendant may havethe right to request that the court requirethe parties to participate in counseling.

10. Plaintiff requests the court to enter adecree of divorce.

This is an attorney position responsible for assisting the Mediation Coordinatorin determining which cases are appropriate for the mediation system. Determineslegal principles involved, arranges, holds conferences with parties, and conductslegal research applicable to the mediation program. Requirements include graduationfrom any accredited school of law and certificate of admission to the Bar of theSupreme Court of Pennsylvania, or preparatory steps to become a member. Based onexperience, the salary range is $45,438 to 69,027.
