ESPP: Can contribute up to a maximum of 10%, 15%, or 20% of salary depending on the type of contract you have & company matches dollar value to purchase voting shares at market value. Company defined contribution pension plan. FAs contribute minimum of 2% of earnings & on July 1st each year, FA contribution increases by 1% until they reach the company contribution level. Employer contribution varies between 2-8% depending on date of hire and years of service.

Amount determined by AC board of directors and can be adjusted annually. Triggered when Pilots receive payment, and can be no less than other AC bargaining units. Pension plan: Current FAs contribute 4.5-6% of their earnings for a defined benefit pension plan paying 1.75% benefit for each year of service (e.g. 1.75% x 30 years = 52.5% of final salary). New FAs will now participate in a hybrid pension plan with defined benefit and defined contribution elements: FAs pay 2 to 3% of earnings for a 0.595/1% defined benefit for each year of service, plus FAs pay up to 3% (matched by AC at 1.75% after 5 years) into a defined contribution plan, with no guaranteed benefit. Pension protection for all Mainline and Rouge FAs.

Pension plan: (New Hire Plan for Mainline) Participate in a hybrid pension plan with defined benefit and defined contribution elements: FAs pay 2 to 3% of earnings for a 0.595/1% defined benefit for each year of service, plus FAs pay up to 3% (matched by AC at 1.75% after 5 years) into a defined contribution plan, with no guaranteed benefit. Pension protection for all Mainline and Rouge FAs.

Annual employee bonus based on 5% of profits before dividends, management bonuses, and AT taxes. The MSPP provides a target defined benefit based on years of service and total amount of plan contributions.

Pension plan: Employee & employer each contribute 4% of wages into the company defined contribution pension plan.
