The CORE is created to be customized to �t your organization’s local, regional, or national training program.
VersatilityOur curriculum development team has taken the time to provide several methods to create educational opportunities on a given topic. Your feedback is critical up-front and we are committed to making this program incorporate it into our approach. Unique issues require unique conversations. With The CORE, select the topics you think are pertinent to your members and let us create a program that meets your organization‘s expectations and the needs of your members. Any of the current learning objective topics can be tailored to �t a block ranging from 30 minutes to several days in length.
CredibilityOur curriculum development team is involved and trained in areas inside and outside of fraternity/sorority. By using The CORE, you will receive a training program that suits any membership level of your organization with educational components from all �elds of leadership, training, and development. Let us assist your organization in o�ering a fraternal educational experience executed at the highest level.
PracticalityHow much would it cost for you to individually contract with trainers from inside and outside of higher education for your program? When you use The CORE, you gain access to Synergos’ contingent of facilitators who are trained to provide an educational experience unique to your organization.

The CORE uses contemporary learning theories and strategies to make your programs more
collaborative, engaging, and developmental. Our comprehensive assessment tools will allow your organization to evaluate chapter performance
within the framework of focusing on fundamentals.
We cannot expect the results we want if our members are focused on operational, and often
surface-level, elements within a chapter. To develop successful chapters, it is critical for members to understand and engage in the
fundamental components associated with being values-based leaders in today’s fraternal
experience.
