BLENDED COACHING FOR LEADERSHIP TEAMS Our Intact Team Development (ITD)TM is a tailored Just-In-Time (JIT) leadership intervention that blends coaching best practices with Appreciative Inquiry, Action Learning and Facilitation to enable leaders to surface and address the barriers to individual and collective performance. COACH TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION The Coaching Practice offers Mentoring and Internal Coach/Mentor Development. For those interested in Certification, we provide a certification roadmap for the International Association of Coaching (IAC) Level 1, Practitioner and Certified Coach certifications.
