January Sermon Series

The New Year is often a time to pause, take a look at our lives, and ask major questions, such as “What will my life look like this year? What am I all about? What’s most important to me?” To kick off the New Year, we’re going to be asking those kind of questions about Citizens.

We are “a community of students who are learning to live for Jesus.” During this vision-filled series, we’re going to learn that there are three defining marks of our community. These marks are essential to who we are, what we do, and how we do it. They are so core to who we are that if we would remove any one of them, this would no longer be Our House.

You can catch every message in this series, and every other Citizens sermon series, at lpcvan.com/podcasts. You can also subscribe to the Citizens channel on iTunes or the LPC app.

Student Leadership Citizens student leadership is an opportunity for high school students that don’t simply want to come along for the ride, but instead want to be a part of helping lead our community to where God is taking us. If your student is interested in an opportunity to be challenged and grow as a leader, you can learn more and find an application at lpcvan.com/studentleader .

We are launching a new initiative this year in our Middle School ministry called Middle School Madness. Once a month, on a Friday night, we will gather all of our middle schoolers together for a night of fun, games, and craziness! Whether your student has been attending Citizens 678 for years, months, or days, they’re invited to make healthy friendships and hilarious memories on a night that is sure to be the highlight of their month.

These nights will continue the momentum of an ongoing campaign that we will introduce in Citizens 678 in February… stay tuned!

• Launch Night: Jan 27, 6-8pm• Waiver: Lpcvan.com/MSMadness
