THE BIRTH OF JESUS CHRIST!

THE SIGN

“This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.” Luke 2:12

The MASS (missia)

“When they had seen Him, they spread the word concerning what had been told them about this child, and all who heard it were amazed at what the shepherds said to them” Luke 2:17,18

I. THE GIFT ALL WRAPPED UP!Mary wrapped Him in cloths! (Luke 2:7,12)

God wrapped Him in flesh!

“The Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us. We have seen His glory, the glory of the One and

Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.” (Jn. 1:14)

II. THE GIFT GIVEN

“FOR GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD THAT HE GAVE HIS ONE AND ONLY SON…” (Jm. 3:16)

WHO IS THE GIFT FOR?

EVERY GIFT HAS A TAG ON IT THAT SAYS:

III. THE GIFT OPENED

WHAT’S IN IT?

WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME?

FIRST: THERE IS THE FORGIVENESS OF ALL OUR SIN!

“Behold the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world.” (Jn. 1:29)

SECOND: THERE IS FRIENDSHIP WITH GOD!

“Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come into him and have fellowship with him and he with me.” (Rev. 3:20

THIRD: THERE IS INNER PEACE THAT CANNOT BE EXPLAINED!

“…and the peace of God that is beyond comprehension will keep your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:7)

FOURTH: THERE IS A BELONGING THAT CHASES AWAY LONLINESS!

“I will never leave you nor forsake you” Hebrews 13:5 “I will be with you always…” Matt. 18:20

FIFTH: THERE IS A HOPE WITHIN THAT IS ETERNAL!

SIXTH: THERE IS A PURPOSE THAT YOU NEVER HAD BEFORE!

SEVENTH: GOD GIVES TO YOU A BRAND NEW LIFE!

“If anyone be in Christ, He is a brand new person. The old is gone and the new has come!”

II Corinthians 5:17

IV. THE GIFT RECEIVED!

“THANKS BE TO GOD FOR HIS INDESCRIABABLE GIFT!” (II Corinthians 9:15)

RECEIVING THE GIFT OF GOD’S SONDear God,

Thank you for sending the gift of your Son, Jesus, into this world to be my Savior. I believe Jesus is your Son. I believe He died on a cross for my sins. I believe He rose again on the third day for me.Today, I receive Him into my life as my own personal Savior.Thank you for coming into my life and giving to me the gift of my salvation.
