The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) invites you to attend a Public Availability Session to learn about the formaldehyde study. You are invited to learn more about testing of air quality in FEMA-supplied trailers and mobile homes. CDC will host public availability sessions to discuss the findings of their study on formaldehyde in FEMA-supplied trailers and mobile homes. A 30-minute presentation will be given at the start of each session. A public availability session is an informal meeting where community members can talk one-on-one with CDC scientists about health concerns. The same information will be discussed at all sessions. The following topics will be discussed results of testing conducted from December 21, 2007 until January 22, 2008, how the tests were conducted, and other health-related information. FEMA will also be at each of the sessions to provide information about the relocation of FEMA-supplied trailer and mobile home residents to other housing.
