The Local-^Purchase Order is hereby declared cancelled. Any person who comes in possession or is able to give any information relating to it should please report the facts to this office or to the nearest Police Station.

All stores must comply .with the requirements of, and be approved by the Produce Inspection Service of the M id-Western Nigeria. It is the responsibility of the applicant to request in writing the Produce Officer of the area concerned to inspect and approve his store.

(e) General.— Ân applicant must be prepared to produce satis&ctory evidence to show that he is fully conversant with the produce trade in question and that in particular he wiB be able to fulfil the following conditions;

it) Equipment.— ^That he possess the required equipment for the grading of produce for esport.
