OUR UNIQUE BOLD PROMISE TECHNOLOGY Inbuilt in all our Training Modules shall be the nationally popular Employee Development Instrument (EDI) invented by CPT known as the BOLD PROMISE TECHNOLOGY(BPT). This shall be the final and integral part of almost every Training Module. During this session, every single incumbent shall design their own measurable Individual Development Plans (IDPs) specifically as per the Organizations’ requirement / their KRAs and make a verbal commitment of the same(the Bold Promise).

However, this matrix will have to be dealt in greater detail sitting with every single incumbent personally again after the Training Workshop is completed. This may also require the presence of their peers. We will hence obtain a clear IDP matrix. This may include specific suggestions on actions / steps to be taken by every incumbent, target / completion date for each action, specific measurable progress indicators / results, whether others involvement would be necessary and if so, the specific nature of their support.
