Becoming a Certif ied Influential Leader Coach will provide you with the foundation to develop your own coaching and teaching practice.

Becoming a Certified Influential Leader Coach is a process. By downloading and reading this brochure, you have already begun the journey to your own goal of meaning and purpose for your life.

Having decided to begin the journey of becoming a Certified Influential Leader Coach, the first thing is to contact us directly. If you have not filled out the information request card where you downloaded this brochure please do it now, so we can reach out to you to discuss in greater detail, the process and steps to certification.

The old adage of give a man a fish, he will eat for a day, or teach a man to fish and he will eat for a lifetime is true on the journey to becoming a Certified Influential Leader Coach but with a slight variation. At The Frisina Group and The Center for Influential Leadership we acknowledge that not everyone can or will be a coach. We are looking for unique individuals, with a shared desire to teach leadership and behavior performance enhancement methods to others.

Once you have decided that teaching leadership is your desire, we look forward to assessing your capabilities providing you the greatest opportunity to be successful in your coaching practice using Dr. Frisina’s proven leadership development methodology. Hence we expect each of our certified coaches to adopt and model the core values of our organization as they present themselves to perspective clients.

Who We Are:

Founder and CEO

Michael E. Frisina, PhD, is CEO of The Frisina Group, LLC, Founder and Senior Research Scholar at The Center for Influential Leadership. An award winning educator, author of three books including Influential Leadership – Change Yourself, Change Your Organization, Change Health Care (Health

Administration Press/ACHE), and conference speaker, he is committed to improving the performance of your leaders, your people, and your organization. Michael is a former faculty member of The United States Military Academy at West Point and retired from The United States Army Medical Department. Dr. Frisina served as a subject matter expert in leadership and ethics for the United States Army Surgeon General and the Department of Defense Human Genome Project. Dr. Frisina served in a variety of leadership positions in several healthcare systems prior to founding his own organization. He received the American College of Health Care Executives 2012 and 2014 Educational Development Award. Michael can be contacted at [email protected]
