Members of our paint out group, Trish and Phil Collins have invited us to paint at their house. It is on the
left just past Paroo Road. The house has a veranda that can be used if the weather is not so kind to us. It
has a lot to offer as a location. There is plenty of parking.
Wagstaffe and Hardy’s Bay are old favourites. We haven’t been to the location for Bangalow St Ettalong
in some time. The waterfront is now newly landscaped with very nice picnic grounds and plenty of
parking.
The location for The Entrance has been suggested as a new location for us to try. It is along from the
bridge and just around from where we usually go.
At Mt Penang gardens there is no charge for admission or parking. The buildings outside in the grounds
are interesting and so are the paperbark trees. There are no restrictions as to where we go, so drive
around and have a look at what is available.
If you haven’t been to our paintout mornings before come along and join in. There is no starting times
come and go as you please, morning tea is at 10am and lunch is 12noon.
Rose Bickley, Paintout Co-Ordinator.
Please note: During my absence, please phone President: Margaret Hardy. 43 694534

What A Weekend It Was! “Learnt a lot and laughed a lot.” “Had a sensational time.”
One of the many highlights was the visit on Sunday May 18th by the Patron of CASS, Her Excellency Professor The
Honourable Marie Bashir AC CVO, Governor of NSW. The CASS “Art In Action” Workshop weekend, is an exciting and established event in Sydney’s Art Calendar. 22 years is a remarkable success story of which we are extremely proud. The “Art In Action” Workshop weekend also raises funds for Care Flight.
CASS turns 25 in 2015 – Yes, CASS is gearing up to celebrate its QUARTER CENTURY. In 2015 CASS will showcase a new event “ART At The TOP”! Where: The Tops Conference Centre, 51 Bendena Garden, Stanwell Tops NSW 2508. However, CASS ‘Art in Action’ will be back again at Merroo in 2016.
