Mary Seat of Wisdom. Pray for us. Recap & Re-entry Last time we watched a docu on Ninoy & asked the question how do we become leaders? What important ideas to you remember from last week? Defining ones purpose for leadership is an interplay of self and context: your personality, your history and family influence. 4. Leaders need to be aware of their social, economic and environmental context in order to effectively respond to the challenges of todays world. Self Awareness What is self-awareness?
