A TRUE STORYIt is based on the life of Eugene Allen, a black butler in the

White House whose human-interest story was recounted in the

papers to cover Obama’s victory in 2008.


50 YEARS OF PRESIDENTIAL HISTORY

1) Dwight D. Eisenhower:was the 34th President of the

United States from 1953

until 1961.


2) John Fitzgerald Kennedy:was the 35th President of the United States, serving from January

1961 until he was assassinated in November 1963.”Our most basic

common link is that we all inhabit this small planet. We all breathe the

same air. We all cherish our children’s future. And we are all mortal.”


3) Lyndon B Johnson:was the 36th President of the United

States. “Until justice is blind to color, until education is

unaware of race, until opportunity is unconcerned with the

not a fact.”


4) Richard Nixon: was the 37th President of United

States, serving from 1969 to 1974.

Nixon is known for making quite a few anti-Semitic

remarks during his term

In one of the conversations released in the recordings,

Nixon mused about global anti-Semitism. "This anti-

Semitism is stronger than we think, ya know," he said in

a conversation to Evangelist Billy Graham shortly after

Israel shot down a Libyan passenger plane in Sinai, and

on the eve of then-Israeli Prime Minister Gold Meir's visit

to Washington. "It's unfortunate, but this has happened

to the Jews, happened in Spain, it happened in

Germany, it's happening, and now it's gonna happen in

America if these people don't start behaving. "It may be

they have a death wish, that's been the problem with our

Jewish friends for centuries," said Nixon.

United States.

brings about change.

«non-violet fights» to

improve the present

Cecil is proud of his job

because he thinks that

thanks to it he will be able

to give a better future to

his family.
