The new Sovereign Square development is situated adjacent to Leeds station, the proposed HS2 terminus, and in the heart of Leeds city centre. It is part of a trio of buildings with a new public square as its focal point. The development is well established withKPMG having taken occupation of OneSovereign Square last year and our recent completion of 3 Sovereign Square. The final plot, 2 Sovereign Square will be forthcoming in the next couple of years.

This new public space provides a link between the city centre and the South Bank proposals, which include a new city park.
