Vision

Our vision is to see the local church grow. We do this by providing pastoral training, support for church development, and in-country discipleship for short term mission teams.

Pastoral Training

Objective: To offer continuing education to pastors and training for church leaders who have had limited access to formal education.

Service Offerings:

Annual training conferences for pastors (1/region - Tico, Nica, Cabecar) with spouses.

Church site visit and consultation. E-mail follow-up.

Project priority (with mission teams).

Church Development

Objective: To assist economically distressed churches in expanding their reach through intellectual and capital investment.

Service Offerings:

Consulting.

Resourcing projects with mission teams, materials, and supplies.

Guest speaking.

Team Discipleship

Objective: To guide the spiritual formation of mission teams and host churches for a deeper and lasting spiritual impact.

Service Offerings:

Custom Discipleship Journal for visiting missionaries.

Purposeful devotions and guided prayer times.

Support for Team Leaders.

Create discipleship materials for entry level, experienced and extreme mission teams.

Update and optimize web site for mobile access and inclusion of discipleship materials.

Complete furnishing of Casa de Lucas for hosting teams.
