Ceremony Inclusions Exclusive use of the Jacaranda Gardens for 1.5 hours, wedding planner, 40 white wedding chairs,
1 x wireless microphone, registry table, water station for guest refreshments,use of the Club portico as a wet weather alternative if the need arises,
complimentary guest car parking, staffing and set up.
Optional InclusionsAdditional use of the Jacaranda Gardens by the hour, additional white wedding chairs, flowers,
guest book, activation of the design plan especially prepared by our wedding planner and floral designconsultant to meet your vision and budget, string quartet or harpist, red carpet, bridal party picnic basket
for photographs, set up of an outdoor bar which is also useful pre and post the ceremony,a standby wet weather marquee should the need arise.

Photographs Although there is no fee to use the golf course at The Brisbane Golf Club as the backdrop for your wedding
photographs, we do encourage, but not insist, on a small donation being made to the Ladies Committee who volunteer their time to maintain the Jacaranda Gardens and other surrounding gardens.

a customized floor plan, standard round tables and chairs, wooden dance floor, silver cake pedestal and silver cake cutter, skirted place card table, basic audio-visual, lectern, bridal retreat, full bar facilities, complimentary
guest car parking, wedding cake storage, staffing and venue set up.

Deposit
A deposit of $750 non-refundable in case of cancellation or 10% of the total estimated charge, whichever is greater, is required within 14 days of making a tentative booking. A further deposit of 50% of the total estimate charge is
required one month prior to your wedding date.
Payment
Full payment is required at least 14 days prior to your wedding.
Wedding Details
You are required to provide the Club in writing the full details of your wedding.
Final Attendance Numbers
Final attendance numbers must be notified to the Club 14 days prior to your wedding. This number will be regarded
as the minimum number for catering and you will be charged based on that number.
Catering and Beverage
• The catering and beverage contained herein is subject tochange without notice.
• Menu choices and upgrades are applicable to everyguest.
• Menus are indicative only.• All menu items are subject to seasonal variation or
variation caused by extreme weather conditions.Additional charges could be applied if alternativescannot be arranged.
• Beverage costs are applicable to every guest over theage of 18 years.
• A prepaid bar tab may be required for your wedding.• Catering and beverages of any kind are not permitted
to be brought into the Club without prior consent of theGeneral Manager.
• The Club will permit cakes of a celebratory nature, forwhich the client should assume full responsibility for anyresultant damage, injury or harm caused to any person.
• The Club must be notified of your catering and beveragerequirements at least three weeks prior to your wedding.

Items Not Collected
Any items that have not been collected after the event will be disposed of within 14 days.
Deliveries
Clients are welcome to arrange for the direct delivery of items for use at their wedding to the Club. We ask thatdeliveries be pre-arranged with the Club and that the delivery include your surname and the date of your wedding.
Damage
The organiser will be financially responsible for damage sustained to the Club property during their wedding through their own actions, those of their guests, subcontractors and contractors. There will be an additional charge for any
necessary repairs or excessive cleaning which will be passed directly to the client.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the Club. A designated outdoor smoking area (DOSA) is located on the balconyadjacent to the Tennyson Room. Catering is not permitted to be consumed in the DOSA.
Entertainment is not permitted on the DOSA.
Responsible Service of Alcohol
The club is committed to the responsible service of alcohol and our staff are trained to ensure best practiceis followed at all times in this regard.
Dress Code
Please be advised that a strict dress code applies at the Club and you must comply with it when visiting the Clubfor any purpose prior to or after your wedding.

Golf Carts
Motorised golf carts may be used for the purpose of photographs, however, the client will be liablefor any damage or personal injury.
Cancellations
• Your initial deposit is not refundable.• Between 30 days and 60 days before your wedding, you must pay the Club 25% of the total estimated charge.• Between 14 days and 30 days before your wedding, you must pay the Club 50% of the total estimate charge.• Within 14 days of your wedding, full payment of the estimated function charge is required.• Any cancellations must be received in writing.
