What’s Happened?
• The Bribery Act updates existing laws from 1889
• The new UK Bribery Act 2010 prohibits bribery, or attempted bribery and is effective from July 1st 2011
What Can You Do?
Take clients to corporate events such as Wimbledon and the Grand Prix

• Individuals can face up to 10 years in prison
• And an unlimited fine
• Companies can also face unlimited fines
