2005 Introduction

When I wrote the material that I later put together in this version of “The Blue Stone” (whichwas originally spoken by me onto cassette tapes in 1980), I was 27 years old. I had not yet begunactually communicating with Thoth. I had been told by my ultra-guardians that Thoth (whom Ithen called “Hermes”) was my “Benefactor” and that soon I would be communing consciouslywith him. This communion began in 1977, shortly after the “Blue Stone” material wascompleted. Thus, my understanding of Thoth as a being and as a man who had lived eons ago inEgypt and now dwelt in the Interior of the earth was much more limited than it came to be as theyears of my association with him progressed.

I feel that “The Blue Stone” reflects my focus on only one aspect of the actual personage as helived and breathed in that ancient time. However, I do still believe that this view is accurate...ofone part of his being. In The “Blue Stone” material I depict him as being quite human: learning, not comprehending some things, developing as any human does. Yet later I was to understandthat as an Illumined Master, the personage of “Thoth, Raismes of Aphra” was (and still is), aChrist-Like being of great spiritual magnitude.

My akashic insight at this time reveals to me that Thoth chose to incarnate (directly from hisexperience as the “Blue Star” being, Toth-mus-zurud) into the consciousness envelope of thetime. His soul saw it’s purpose in “experiencing earth” in a way which he had not yetaccomplished as one who came here in the body from elsewhere. In order to be the Healer hehad to experience the realm of those who sought healing. This was also true of the MasterYeshua (Jesus), before (and even to some extent, after) he received the Christed mantle at thetime of his baptism. True spiritual masters incarnated, often offer their outer personas into thehuman experience. They of course, also contain a vastly expanded reality: Thoth and Yeshuaheld whole universes in their awareness. Yet they were able to experience at the same time theVoid. This void they filled with whatever they wished to experience in the human realm, in orderto incorporate that knowledge into their cellular reality and DNA.

This was especially true of Yeshua after his baptism. The Sun Spirit, the supreme Archangel andthe “Holy Spirit” entered into his being in that defining moment in the river when John theBaptist summoning the “Annointing” upon him. Thoth began to assume more of his truemastership after receiving a direct infusion from the Blue Star Rigel in Orion, which releasedfrom his DNA the codes of the Enochian Table (a sacred geometry). Much of the work he did aswritten about in the “Blue Stone” material was prior to that infusion.

I now believe that Thoth did not actually physically write any books...not with his hands. It wasrevealed to me years later in “conversation” with him in my soul-being, that he “wrote” theseworks by projecting fire letters into the Akasha. This was not known to be at the time I wrote“The Blue Stone”. To read more about my akashic insights on Thoth, Raismes of Aphra(Hermes): www.spiritmythos.org/TM/thoth/thoth-indx.html

Polarities

Hermes's physical life began as a physician, alchemist and architect in ancient Egypt. He nowresides in cosmogenic embodiment as an illuminary within the naturally hollow interior of theearth.

It was Hermes's belief that physical balance began with the astral self or the soul's identity. Heenvisioned within man a moving current of astral life, the negative charge opposite the physicalmatter which lay in the positive field. The coordination of the two charges working together hesaw as vital in the assimilation of energies by the body.

Ancient ideologies prescribed to the principle of the gyroscope action of the earth as beingcentralized in the body of mankind.

Through the balance of body and soul came the balance of the earth on its poles. But oftenthrough spiritual and physical abuse, the gyroscope motion faltered in man and wobbled on thebrink of self-destruction. Hermes followed this principle into the simplest diagnosis, seeking toprove that the actions of above are so presented in the manifestation of below.

Even for the ailment of indigestion, Hermes adhered to this belief. From his medical records: "Upon studying the malady heretofore presented as a condition of improper digestion, I see aninversion of the gaseous states within the stomach and bowel causing a condition of imbalance inthe fluxing of body liquids, slowing the breakdown of foods into energy capsules. This wouldindicate poor polarization of soul-body exchange."

In such cases, Hermes advised the patient to undergo an energy treatment using magnetism. Thepatient was to lie on his back in a straight and comfortable position with his head pointing northand his feet pointing south. The palms of his hands were to face upward, his eyes closed. He wasthen to concentrate on drawing through his cranial region the magnetic flow of the north pole, drawing it into his body, down through his feet, and toward the south polar current.

In this way, he was re-polarizing his astral body, or auric body, which ultimately balanced hisphysical state. This treatment was most effective on conditions caused by simple stress, nervousirritation, lack of sleep or poor diet.

The cases which involved karmic blocks or guilt built up in the subconscious from actions inpast lives took longer in treatment and often needed a combination of methods to completelybalance the system. Hermes considered karma a wall of thought which was constantly beingprojected back on itself. Natural thought waves, he perceived, were one-directional, neverreflecting backward, always going straight forward and being absorbed by the divine mind ofreason.

Page 4: THE BLUE STONE Healing Science of Thoth Hermes · Thoth began to assume more of his true ... revealed to me years later in “conversation” with him in my soul-being, that he “wrote”

Karma was created when thought became critical of itself and reflected on its ownconsummation with life. In doing so, the eye of truth was blinded, much like a bright lightreflected into the eye from the mirror which would be too potent for comfort by mortal sight. The eye would restrict in pain, ceasing to see in scope, being cognizant only of the brilliant lightand attempting to shield the eye from the painful beam.

In order to dissolve this wall or mirror of stagnant self-deception where one imagines himself atmany angles of ridicule and remorse, the complete astral self of the troubled individual had tobecome active in the release of the karmic guilt.

Thus, Hermes treated the whole patient and he found the astral self to be divided into twelvepolarities or twelve phases of awareness, each being polarized at a particular degree of cosmicreceipt or acknowledgment of divine reason. Since Hermes's disciples were of this planet, helisted the stations of self polarities as they applied to souls entering this earth spectrum. In order to properly understand the polarities of self, imagine a man parachuting down throughthe air. His target, earth. With each motion of descent, form a double exposure in your mind sothat there is a faint image of him left behind in each stage of descending. Of course, each faintimage is slightly different from the solid one in the present, and that it is the image of a differentexperience and dimension. The man experiences dimensions as various senses in his fall toearth. Nevertheless, each faint double exposure is the image of that individual.

Now bringing the example into proper perspective, see the double exposure as not merely animage but a quality of the descending individual. It is a portion of his consciousness that isactive in his subconscious presence, a degree of himself that was born in the necessity of descentto earth.

Hermes presented these self polarities as stations of becoming man. In the perspective of timebeing indivisible on a divine scale, the becoming of man is still in motion, still descending intoour consciousness.

Hermes taught that through identification of the descending stages in which the twelve polaritiesof self are made viable, man is able to contact the polarity of self which can answer his presentneeds.

In the consummate gesture of addressing this higher sentience of self, man is recognizing thereason he pursues life, the essential elements of thought within him that give him direction. Hemust portend to the manifestation of self that which is the foreign nature, the gross gristle ofcoarseness hidden within the divine flesh. He must address his total self in the casting of thedemon Octum from his being. Only then will he cease to dwell in his self-redressed cycle ofreincarnation. Instead, he will be open before the most great and will receive thereon the graceof his holy hand.

Hermes refers to the demon Octum. Octum was the name he gave to the bad seed or impurecontagion which he believed to exist as an ether and could be attracted by imbalanced thoughtaction into both astral and physical properties. He also saw Octum to exist in the elements. When Octum was cast from iron, the pure substance left was gold. In like manner, when it was

Page 5: THE BLUE STONE Healing Science of Thoth Hermes · Thoth began to assume more of his true ... revealed to me years later in “conversation” with him in my soul-being, that he “wrote”

cast from the body of man, the total health remained.

The following is Hermes's definition of the twelve stations of earth polarity, levels ofpolarity as the consciousness of man descends to earth:

First, the divine glory. Manifestation of holy principle.

Second, the rapture of harmonious sound. Music of the spheres.

Third, the prayer. Issue of holy response.

Fourth, emanations of the stars. Rain of cosmic light, direction entering from outside thelife circle.

Fifth, the etheric envelope of consciousness. Space of mind.

Sixth, the aqueous birth fluid. Ambionic sea of habitation, depth of reason.

Seventh, the mist. Mystic rising of self, recollection of soul.

Eighth, magic transmutation of elements. Elemental forces migrating to their goldenmean, the divine authority bestowed to the stations of purpose.

Ninth, the earth. Mouth or embodiment of meaning, the vessel of life.

Tenth, the sun. The circle of life, impetus for realization of living, the perfect rays ofpenetration which awaken life to its own being.

Eleventh, the myriad separations. Scattering of solar seed, fulfillment throughpropagation.

Twelfth, the crystal of perfect action. The chrysalis attuned to pure thought, the receptorof cosmic knowledge.

Hermes taught a practical utilization of this higher knowledge. He deduced all problems of manas being created through a lack of receipt from one or more of the self polarities. In the case ofasthma, for instance, Hermes wrote, "Those who suffer for breath from this malady should beaware that they also suffer from lack of the etheric breath, the deep breath of spirit. One whoaffixes his muscular armor so that the etheric breath cannot enter his being is restricting thewhole of the corporeal plasma in which his soul abides. For those of this condition, the remedylies in the addressing of their fifth, sixth and seventh polarities so that the circulation of theethers will no longer become impeded by the Octum presence in the muscular armor."The technique for contacting the self polarities was in principle simple, yet difficult in thenebulous requirement of senses. The first step according to the Master Physician was torepolarize the body as presently detailed. This accomplished, the patient was to use a system ofimagery in identifying to himself the twelve stations of polarity.

Page 6: THE BLUE STONE Healing Science of Thoth Hermes · Thoth began to assume more of his true ... revealed to me years later in “conversation” with him in my soul-being, that he “wrote”

The mind was of great importance to Hermes. He saw it as the all-reckoner of self which wasoften diffused by the Octum ether, inhibiting its true magnificence. Through mental imagery, theconscious and subconscious portions of the mind were bridged. The patient was told to presentan image to himself of each of the stations. He could use symbols which seemed personal andcomfortable to him or a set of symbols given by Hermes. The patient was to practice recallingthe symbols at will, in and out of order, so at the merest suggestion of his mind, the symbol hesummoned was so clear in his mental sight that he could sense its presence as well as visualize it.Each symbol was to be concentrated upon in dimension with a spatial symmetry of height, widthand depth. It was important that each symbol recalled induced in the beholder a sense of meaningrelated directly to the station it represented.

The following are the twelve symbols given by Hermes to represent the twelve stations ofearth polarities:

1) flame

2) golden bow

3) white dove

4) silver star in golden circle

5) pyramid penetrated by inverse pyramid

6) silver chalice

7) white rose

8) golden staff or wand

9) mountain

10) golden circle with rays encircling rim

11) golden cross of the four holy forces, a reversed swastika

12) crystal sphere. These symbols could be substituted by the participant with symbols of his own if he preferred. However, these symbols as given by Hermes correspond to the perfect vibration of each polarity. It depended largely on the individual what symbols would be most effective for him.

Once the polarity had been identified in the mind of the patient through the use of symbols, theparticipant, still in a reclining position, was to begin a series of slow deliberate breaths throughthe nose while picturing the symbol associated with the polarity level he wished to contact. After breathing three deep breaths slowly, he was to rest a moment, then repeat with three morebreaths. In the succeeding phase, the individual was to concentrate his energies into the third

Page 7: THE BLUE STONE Healing Science of Thoth Hermes · Thoth began to assume more of his true ... revealed to me years later in “conversation” with him in my soul-being, that he “wrote”

eye, center of forehead, by simply thinking it there.

In some instances, the patient experienced discomfort when he concentrated his energies into thethird eye. If this occurred, he was instructed to cease in the effort for a few moments, then beginagain slowly. If again there was discomfort, the patient was simply to reduce the energy focusedon the third eye to a comfortable level. Often, in such a situation, the patient would focus theenergies into the third eye inverted or so that it was forced back into his body. The correctprojection is outward through the third eye as a beam from the forehead.

When the participant was attuned so that the energy beam was projecting in this fashion, hevisualized the desired symbol. At this point, the patient directed the action of that polaritytoward his specific problem or through his body for general use.

For example, consider Hermes's suggestion for asthma patients. Here he recommended threedifferent polarities, fifth, sixth, and seventh. These are to be taken one at a time.

Beginning with the fifth polarity, the patient would concentrate on the existence of an ethericenvelope of consciousness, which is an extension of his own space of mind. He would seeclearly the pyramid penetrated by inverse pyramid and feel the condition of that consciousnessenveloping him. He would delve into the understanding that his mental being exists through theharmonious balance of the mergence of above with below. He would know that his body mustreceive this meeting through the ethers of the earth in the rhythm of the life breath as the mindextends outward and receives the astral self.

Then he would proceed to the sixth station and envision the chalice, brimming full with thenectar of life. He would become aware that his physical mind is meant to be buoyant in thebalance of heaven and earth. As the world rotates, becoming a sphere in the sea of stars, so thephysical matter of this world is given gravitational balance by the aqueous birth fluid, analogousto a cork remaining upright in a full rain barrel despite the attempts to capsize it.

The meditator would become lighter in his physical body and sense a greater depth of reasonwithin the space of his mind. He would find himself existent through the support of pressuresrather than the burden of weight. From his lungs would be lifted the pressure of his ownself-confinement.

Thus, he would approach the seventh polarity, that of the mist. As he envisioned the white rose,he would come to understand that the petals of the rose represent the delicate layers ofmembrane within his body.

"As the rose unfolds, so the morning mist gathers upon the waxen petals. As the body so allowsthe moist ethers to penetrate, suppleness will be given the tissues and that which is affixed willbecome solvent," wrote Hermes. "The patient would mentally begin to absorb the ethericmoisture into his lungs, causing rebirth to the cells of the membrane."

The physician cautioned that the body was meant to receive moisture through the etheric plane,or rather mental manifestation. The absorption of mist in this manner always being beneficial,

Page 8: THE BLUE STONE Healing Science of Thoth Hermes · Thoth began to assume more of his true ... revealed to me years later in “conversation” with him in my soul-being, that he “wrote”

while the direct absorption of physical moisture was often harmful to such a condition. Once thepatient had traveled through the three centers of polarity reviewed, his lungs and bronchialregion began to normalize as the patient began to exist in the proper consciousness. He was thendrawing on those phases of his consciousness that were tuned to restoring the balance needed bythe asthmatic individual.

Hermes's understanding of cosmic action interrelating with physical life caused him to study indepth the polarities of man's cosmic consciousness. He realized consciousness to be greater thana nebulous dimension of thought. He saw it to be the actual true body of man which wassynonymous with the source of man. Following this course of hermetic philosophy, the linebetween creator and created is indeed star-crossed, the two being mingled in the alchemicalsolids of nature's crust. The body of man is the denser strain, heaving and pulsing in the grips ofa gravitational orb.

Emanating from and hovering about the corporeal mass is what Hermes called the heavenlydross, that portion of the higher self that acts as the mind, working relationships between bodyand soul, the moderator of the opposing forces which like a finally ground lens is the focus uponthe physical system. It directs the governing energies as a beam of purpose into the tissue, theveins and organs and into the smallest portion of the atom therein.

Hermes and his disciples pursued belief that all being is directed by its own consciousness. Every atom, proton, neutron and microimpulse, the smallest energy existing, is a consciousnessunto itself. Consequently, as each microimpulse exists, it finds itself a part of a larger massconsciousness of infinite dimension.

As it emanates this recognition of its being, so the mass consciousness identifies it and itsintricate position within the total schematic of the universe. Each microimpulse is givenidentification within itself and thus by the mass consciousness. It is then instantly recognized byall other microimpulses as all being is part of the mass consciousness. There is a closercommunication between associate microimpulses. The closeness of activities determines thedepth of communication between all things of being. This forms families of consciousness.

The human body could be called a family tree. The identification of each part of the bodybecomes more acute, more realized between microimpulses the smaller the units. An atom withinthe body is absorbed in greater depth of communication among its microimpulses than is thecomplete organ in which the atom exists.

As the collection of being comes to an end of its immediate family tree, the human body, itregisters this in its consciousness by reversing its charge. This reversal is projected through theauric envelope of etheric colors about the body and impressed into the mass consciousness, forming what Hermes titled "an intelligent radiation, surrounding the body and uniting with theauric envelope."

The intelligent radiation is actually a specialized portion of the total mass consciousness. Itsspecialty is in the establishing of the working orders of that human system. It is theconsciousness of that system working upon itself. If mankind allows himself to ascribe to this

Page 9: THE BLUE STONE Healing Science of Thoth Hermes · Thoth began to assume more of his true ... revealed to me years later in “conversation” with him in my soul-being, that he “wrote”

concept, he is saying that in his trust has been placed his own creation. This does not suggest hisdisavowment in the belief of a supreme creator, but only that the source of the knowledge tocreate entrusted with man the action to create, and thus he became his image. If this is so, healthis the manifestation of perfect creation. Through the energized mind of man flows the balance ofpower into every corpuscle, every cell of our temporal image. Within our genes lies the strengthof generic purity, which can, when summoned from its hibernation of ages, link us to ourrarefied self, the pure strain seeping steadfastly from the source into our being. This heritage isveiled only by the somnambulism of ignorance, in turn breeding sickness and disease.

It was the hermetic doctrine to teach that man was in self-imposed torment, and that when thelight of truth became perceptible within his atmosphere, poor health was no longer necessary. Hermes believed poor health to be a teacher born of desperation to instruct man in the measureof his ill-gotten ways. Illness was the higher mind's attempt to contact the lower self being metwith the construction of opposing emotions, guilt, greed, lust, etcetera. This friction caused thespiritual imbalance to assume a temporal attitude, that of poor health. However, once manunderstood through reason, he released the need for this drastic expression and learned throughthe direct channel of realization the means of self balance. He became aware that he was incontrol of his body and that it responded to his attitude, his pursuit of reason.

Practicing this principle, Hermes was able to transform his atomic structure so that his body wasmade transparent for several moments at a time. In a yet unknown work of the physician, hewrote, "In the altering of the body plasma, I stir the cavities of the atomic centers with thethought of etheric mingling, thereby bringing to course the diffusion of the corporeal fiber andthe disengagement of the cellular marrow from the etheric plasma.

Thoth: "Through this means, I acquire a state of transparency. While not wholly invisiblethrough the light spectrum, my physical mass is transmuted through will and migrates fromdensely gravitated structure to the consistency of semi solid, being loosely bound to the ethericplasma, allowing the total being to assume a quality of fine gold. The whole of my being radiatesin an illumination of energies. The energies have become trapped under the film of semi-solidskin, causing slight friction and the transparent luminosity."

Obviously, this is not a practice which many could achieve. Most would fail to recognize anypurpose to such a feat. There was a purpose, however. It was the allowing of the etheric orastral auric body to overcome the temporal flesh for an instant, accomplishing a relief of allorgans, glands, arteries, etcetera, from the strain of gravity and other opposing and penetratingforces by which the body in its normal state is constantly being affected. This was a form ofpurging the system of toxins built up on many planes of the individual's consciousness.

On a smaller scale, we can all will our bodies to balance. We can think normalcy into our tissuesby presenting to our consciousness a blueprint with which to work. By visualizing your body inperfect health, your intelligent radiation will respond as your brain sends it the proper plasma ofthe astral auric self. It will exist in this state and be as surely real as any part of your physicalbody. As you continue to see yourself as whole, the impression of health within the ethericplasma will manifest into the temporal reality. The cells of the body will conform to thecommand given by the intelligent radiation and be applied as a blueprint into the etheric plasma.

Page 10: THE BLUE STONE Healing Science of Thoth Hermes · Thoth began to assume more of his true ... revealed to me years later in “conversation” with him in my soul-being, that he “wrote”

At this point it will have no choice but to be in a physical attitude.

The astral self is a miraculous dimension of our typical stages linked as delicately and aspurposefully as the spiral of a genetic helix. It exists for us now. It is not a contingency, but thetrue working body. We do not have to await death to reap from the bounty of our higher selves, for we are in the midst of all the rewards heaven can muster.

The visualizing instructed by Hermes could also be termed light image phasing. The followingdiscourse defines this process in further detail:

Thoughts form base patterns from mutual sequences of events. The process of thinking is neverseparate from identifying present situations with past and future events, for the continuity ofthought is maintained through the principle of attraction. The construct of humanity's thoughtspectrum supplies matter, which is a contingent form of thought with images of its own forcefield. The images are placed in geometric parity to the present thought construct and thereforebecome a focus for an age of mind.

Long after the age has lapsed into future thought constructs and therefore new ages, thesegeometric images, however lost in the absolution of physical matter to seek its level in dust, arestill active in original thought image. They act as homing sensors, flashing signals to the seekinghigher consciousness of man. Through the attunement to these geometrical forms, the true exigisof self within the mind-matter-spirit homeostasis is revealed. Homeostasis is a relatively stablestate of equilibrium between the different but interdependent elements of subsystems of anyorganism of any kind.

These symbols set in time define to the individual a system of comprehension which isdimensional to the mind. Once absorbed in conscious recognition, it acts on the subconsciousand the superconscious as would a time capsule, releasing decoded missiles aligned to the brainimpulses. This affects various degrees of mental karmic blocks at all levels of consciousness. Such blocks are caused by the defeating of a cosmic pulse, the homing sensors of man.As the soul moves through existence, it creates a cognizance of self which is alien to its internalcosmic structure. This alteration of self is formed through the constriction of the individualthought force field by the external pressure of the guilt syndrome, the retribution drive ofhumanity's ego.

Through refocusing the conscious mind upon the images of the past, and on occasion the future, the two homing sensors are brought together. For man, this unity reestablishes him as anoriginal disciple of the pure design. He is able to draw comparative conclusions as to where hewas, where he is now, and where he's going, but most importantly, he is distracted from hisaltered cognizance. He is taken away, if but for a moment, from that constricted focus which isconsuming his thought force field. He allows himself the advantage over karma which wasalways his.

In the everyday pattern of human thinking, all events are reduced to immediate needs, leaving noallowance for the complete homeostasis mind-matter-spirit of the radiant being of which man isan externalized image. Through light image phasing, the mind is reversing its commonplace

Page 11: THE BLUE STONE Healing Science of Thoth Hermes · Thoth began to assume more of his true ... revealed to me years later in “conversation” with him in my soul-being, that he “wrote”

structure of thought. It is reversing polarity and locking onto the backward motion offragmentary thought, that which is most commonly issued from normal consciousness states, andachieving a degree of the absolute image of self which is manifest in the sublime state of allthought image. This sublime state is in opposite polarity to fragmentary thought.

It is analogous to the breaking of a clay disk upon which the total cosmology is inscribed. To thecamera lens in slow motion, the disk fragments into myriad pieces, scattered into various regionsof space. If this motion picture were to be reversed, the fragments would again come togetherexactly as they came apart. Herein lies the most vital understanding that what has beenseparated must be reunited along an identical path.

In order to achieve a mental reversal, the mind cannot be shunted from one position to anothervia hypnosis, trance or reliance on artificial conscious actions. And so this lost self must besought through the conscious mind as well. Often, the term "self-hypnosis" is given as a meansto describe inner attunement, which it is not. There is no such thing as self-hypnosis if youdefine it as a personal mastery in subduing the conscious mind. To create such a condition, theindividual must be willing to submit himself to external manipulation. Hypnosis is a structuredform given by an external source and programmed by the patient into his mental function. While in an immediate sense, this can achieve possible results, it supplies no long-term benefits. The individual has not achieved anything on his own. He is responding to some ballistic reflexesengendered through some external source. Self-hypnosis is sometimes attached to what is intruth a form of inner attunement, yet it is mistakenly called self-hypnosis.

Inner attunement is the ability of a sentient, biological, soul-bearing entity to ascend theconsciousness ladder and assume all positions of this ladder within one framework. He is awareof all states within and in control of his conscious reflexes and responsive to his surroundingenvironment, yet he is focusing on a particular channel of his being which is beyond the normalrealm of conscious thought.

Light image phasing is a high order of inner attunement. It frees the super-consciousness topenetrate the radiant focus, yet it never disturbs the conscious function. Only through theoperation can you comprehend the surgery. Through the understanding of how a perception isachieved, the perception itself is understood as well as the symbiosis of the two selves, theconscious and the super-conscious. To simply awaken to the star novas in which you werecreated is not enough to gain access to the temple. For the temple, which is the need to gather, tounify and sanctify that union through the consecration of holy ground, was spawned in the fall ofthe soul from grace. The temple reaches upward, it longs to be where it is not. It is thedeveloped understanding of the many who have preserved fragments of righteousness andsecured these pieces into one mass, the rock. Yet the temple is only an understanding of truth. Itis not the summit of that truth. Once the temple is raised, the soul must seek the spiritualcounterpart of the temple, which is the light of inward spirit, that which illuminates the templeand breathes the divine life into its solemn chambers.

Color Rays: Principles and Breathing

As a boy, Hermes spent many hours alone in the Egyptian sun, contemplating the arid beauty hesaw about him, the golden sand stretching forever into his mind. He felt the flames of the sunsmelt his body as one with the desert, bringing him ever closer to the secrets of the earth.

In the evenings, he would gaze in fascination as the sky burned from the passion of the sun forthe earth. The colors transfixed his senses. Hermes could not imagine a world devoid of color, for such a place would be as a mouth without taste.

Color seasoned the plains, hills and valleys of Egypt, making its harsh land palatable to hissensitivity. The many shades of brown, vermilion and gold that swept down from the skybrought life to a barren world below.

In his youth, Hermes began to study the various shades of colors he experienced, and as hetraveled to different lands he wrote about the new colors that stimulated his senses, the darkgreen of nearby lowlands, the piercing blue of the Mediterranean, the violet soft white of Indianivory, endless shades which brought to his mind infinite dimensions of vibrations.Soon, Hermes was no longer satisfied to merely record a description of what he saw. He setabout to duplicate these colors through pigments. This was a project he never really finished, asthere was always another combination of colors for him to bring to life through pigmentation. He found he could create colors he had never before seen from beautiful dazzling brilliance togentle whispers of shaded light.

He knew color to be vibration. This was an ancient knowledge salvaged from the past ofLemuria and Atlantis. He also knew matter to be a mass of energy, emitting vibrations. Thus hereasoned, as the ancients before him had known, that color vibration was in sympatheticharmony with human vibrational emanations.

Through the penetration of the body matter with color vibrations, changes could be effected inthat physical system. Also, the body's emanations of energy could be seen as color as itconformed to an equal vibrational current. It was not visible in the normal sight spectrumbecause of its rapid photon motion. However, through adjusting the vision to match thefrequency of the body emanations, the color aura could be seen.

Hermes was able to see auras and study their meanings in relation to the body. He could detectimbalances within the human system by viewing the aura of the individual. He taught that aslight reaches the attitude or condition in which it becomes color to the optic senses, it alsobecomes specialized and limited in its vibrational capability. This point of specialization hecalled the pride of the light. As light became proud, it migrated to a specific color.

Hermes practiced and taught color therapy. He used various methods, finding that merely onewas not sufficient to treat the multitude of ailments. One very effective method was the mentalconcentration of various colors into the body accompanied by deep breathing.

Page 13: THE BLUE STONE Healing Science of Thoth Hermes · Thoth began to assume more of his true ... revealed to me years later in “conversation” with him in my soul-being, that he “wrote”

The patient was instructed to visualize the color entering his body through the breath and beingexpelled from his body as he exhaled. He could either centralize the color within an affectedarea or circulate it throughout his body. While a deep breath was not necessary to achieveresults, it was found to aid in the concentration of vibrational impact.

Those who found difficulty in imagining the colors were shown them visually. Often they wereplaced in color rooms, chambers imbued with one or more colors. Here they remained in arestful state for as long as several hours at a time. Some who were especially sensitive to colorbecame hyperactive if left long in a room with too stimulating a color such as red.

Each individual was treated in accordance with his reaction to color. It was important to use thecolor which suited the particular health problem. Unlike most auric or astral therapy, aparticipant could be adversely affected by the wrong color or too much of a color. This is due tothe fact that color is a direct energy, not just an astral current. It is capable of transcending theetheric state when drawn into the body and becoming physical in quality of interaction.

Hermes arranged color in a hierarchal order. He saw energy to be flung from spiritualanonymity to temporal identity.

The white diamond light and radiant gold were listed as the healers of the mortal consciousness.Descending from this height were the shades of royalty, purple, violet and blue. These colorswere thought to act on the auric centers of the body, tuning the auric circuits within the mind andchakra centers. The pink and rose tones penetrated the organs, so Hermes believed, andregenerated the tissue. Both the surface skin and the internal tissue were less vulnerable tofriction when the shades of pink were drawn into the body.

The next etheric phase of the descending light entered the spectrum in the shades of green. These tones were seen as the purgers and subduers of toxins and the soothers of inflammation.

The earth shades followed: Oranges, browns and yellows. These colors served as mixers withthe higher colors to give facile difference to the various prides of the spectrum. Hermes foundbrown, for instance, to give temperance to the vibration of red, the latter being the last rung ofthe rainbow. For certain sensitive tissues, although a red vibration was needed, it was oftenirritating in full strength. But alternated with brown or tan, it was subdued in potency.

Red was thought by Hermes to possess an all-consuming nature. It devoured poisons andstimulated circulation, but because of its strength, it was applied with moderation. He describedcolor as the soother, the builder, the sustainer, the subduer, the rainbow of cosmic precipitation. The following is the hierarchal order of color for healing as described by Hermes.

(Note: It is not necessary to see an exact shade of color. Allow your soul to reveal it to you,for each individual and at different times in their lives, will see these colors differently.)

The first category is gem lights, which include the following:

Diamond dawn light: This is the clear brilliant Christ light, vibrating through the celestial

Page 14: THE BLUE STONE Healing Science of Thoth Hermes · Thoth began to assume more of his true ... revealed to me years later in “conversation” with him in my soul-being, that he “wrote”

chambers. Best received at dawn. It is the panacea for all spiritual actions. It is usuallymanifest during divine revelation.

Radiant gold: Gold is the merging of Christ and man, the rarefied soul. It is therefore acceptedby the body for all forms of healing and as a general mental, physical, spiritual balancer.

Opalite, an iridescent silver white with tints of blue, green and pink. It is helpful in the relaxingof the nervous armor of the body. It will purify mental forms. It can be used to recall dreamsand prevent nightmares. Also aids in remembering past incarnations.

For the nervous armor, concentrate color into muscle tissue just under the skin. For nightmares, breathe opalite before sleeping and to recall dreams both before and after sleep. In the conscioussurfacing of past lives, first place yourself in a meditative state before breathing the color. Fordreams, past lives and prevention of nightmares, concentrate the vibration into the base of theskull.

Sparkling Pink Rose, through which may be perceived etheric music. It is a strong transfer oflove. If you have trouble understanding an individual, place this shade about him, and you shallbetter perceive his true nature. Place the color about yourself and you will become more tolerantand loving with others.

Persian Purple, a light incandescent shade. It is effective in the cleansing and sharpening of theauric colors. Visualize the light as a halo about your head while inhaling your breaths. Rim thePersian Purple with a thin band of gold light for further strength and protection. Breathe thiscolor into the body from the head down through the feet to the tip of the toes and then up to thesolar plexus. As you picture it in the total body, let it spill over the outline slightly.

Sea Aquamarine, the color of incandescent crystal light turquoise. This vibration acts as adetoxifier through body fluids. It converts toxins into liquid and then purifies that liquid. It is avery mild diuretic. When inhaling sea aquamarine and exhaling sea coral, a complete cycle ofpurifying is activated.

Sea Aquamarine can also be used in clearing the milky yellowness of the eyeballs andsharpening the colors of the iris. It is an all-around body color balancer, as it affects the controlof color stabilizers carried through the body liquids. Breathing this shade will sharpen thecoloring of the hair, lips and skin. Alternated with powder yellow, it will add luster to the hair. Alternated with pink nectar, it will improve the complexion.

Tourmaline Green, a dark rich green with a great visual depth. It aids in digestion, andalternated with silver gray, is an active antidote for any kind of poisoning. This shade is alsocapable of absorbing radiation from within the body. Also acts as a blood purifier.

Ruby, cleanser and opener of energy accupoints in the body. A good color to breatheaccompanying accupuncture or accupressure. Tunes in all body circuits. Alternated withtourmaline green, the needed balance of iron in the body is restored and maintained.

Page 15: THE BLUE STONE Healing Science of Thoth Hermes · Thoth began to assume more of his true ... revealed to me years later in “conversation” with him in my soul-being, that he “wrote”

The next grouping of colors are the archangelic colors, which include:

Royal Purple, a great balancer for the mental-physical system and to protect against negativeaction. Also good for gift giving. When you give a gift, picture a royal purple light surroundingit. This will serve the recipient in the light of spiritual treasures.

Deep Shadow Violet, a light muscular and nerve relaxant. This color relieves overall aches andpains, sprains and twisted ligaments. It is also effective in relieving high blood pressure.Blue violet. This shade can be used to eliminate karmic blocks. Breathe into whole of body, concentrating on the pineal gland and spilling out around the rim of the body. To keep fromoverstimulation of the pineal gland, alternate with Dove White.

Peacock Blue: This dark rich color hinders the life and growth of virus germs, amoeba, parasites, etcetera. It is a muscle toner, restores peristaltic action of the colon. Excellent tobreathe during pregnancy to tone muscles of the uterus. While it tones muscles, it will notinduce muscular contraction. It is also good for balancing the quality of bone fiber and marrow. Also effective for muscles impaired through injury or disease.

The next category of colors are those of the Seraphim:

Petal Orchid, a balancer of the spiritual receiving centers in the body, a vibration for receipt ofangelic guidance.

Pink Salmon: This color is symbolic of the flashing of the salmon in the universal sea as it isdrawn upward for spiritual regeneration. Through this vibration, one may receive theknowledge, truth and wisdom of the universe. Pass pink Salmon through the total body four tosix times with deep rapid breaths for this purpose.

Apricot Glow: A temporary nerve analgesic, better for the relief of the dull throbbing kind ofpain. For severe menstrual cramps, alternate with ultraviolet. Breathe six apricot glow breathsto every three ultraviolet. For intense migraines, alternate apricot glow with deep shadow violet, three breaths of each.

Honeysuckle, a white with a pale yellow tint. This is a shade that penetrates the mucousmembrane and clears it if irritated. It is good for treating allergy, nasal, sinus, lung irritation anddysentery. Is best effective when alternated with Milk Rose.

Morning Blue, a light blue for the balancing of the intellectual centers of the brain. Enhancesintellectual and artistic abilities. Produces tranquility and proper mental orientation.

Turquoise, for circulatory and respiratory systems. Relieves nausea and dizziness whenalternated with bone tan. It heals disorders of inner ear and motion sickness. But for othersources of nausea and dizziness, treats symptoms only. Good for weight balance, arthritis and iseffective on nerve and muscle damage when alternated with golden sun fire for nerve damageand peacock blue for muscle damage. Turquoise will relieve pressure on body caused from

Page 16: THE BLUE STONE Healing Science of Thoth Hermes · Thoth began to assume more of his true ... revealed to me years later in “conversation” with him in my soul-being, that he “wrote”

altitude change. Especially good for heart patients. Regulates blood pressure.

Next are the colors of the Cherubim:

Lilac: Allows receptivity to nature's harmony. Through this color, what is able to commune withnature in the truest sense of the word. It may be done through the normal color breathing whilesummoning the nature devas, but is most effective in direct communication with living flora. Aslong as a love vibration is maintained, such communication is under the guardianship of theCherubim.

If it is a plant with which you wish to communicate, lightly press one of its leaves between yourfront finger and thumb. If it is a tree, either do the same or touch the tree with the open palmsand fingers of both hands. Do not let your hands touch. First, inhale lilac into you from theether and exhale it into the plant. Then inhale it from the plant and exhale it out into the ether.Continue to inhale from the plant, exhale into the ether for three breaths or longer, then openyour mind and picture the plant or tree that you enveloped in lilac while still touching the plant. After several sessions with the same plant, a rapport should develop in which eventual exchangein energy will manifest. It is then that the individual should begin to tap the memory records ofthe plant, visualizing past settings and circumstances of the plant during its lifetime, or possiblythe lifetime of the many trees and plants surrounding it. Identification of growth patterns andorganic needs of the plant can be discerned in this way.

While lilac is the most energizing color for nature communication, all colors of the spectrum canbe used, especially violet, gold and various shades of blue and green.

Cloud Pink, a pale pink, which keeps abrasive action from occurring on the skin. It removespast marks of abrasive action and scars. This shade is effective internally also on ulcers, operation scars, etcetera. If cloud pink is inhaled and dove white is exhaled, adhesions can bedissolved.

Lavender Rain, an opaque medium-light shade which is a healer of infections, gout and areducer of fever. Other than fever due to infections, it treats the fever as a symptom only anddoes not cure the source. Also good for stomach sores and fever blisters.

Lemon Yellow: Removes surface toxins through a form of photosynthesis. Unclogs skin pores, allows skin to breathe more freely. This vibration attracts a balanced amount of pure oxygeninto the body. Alternated with bone tan, it keeps pollution from entering through the skin tissue. Alternated additionally with cloud pink, restores damage to skin caused by irritation ofpollutants.

Amber Glass: This is an incandescent amber that acts as a disinfectant for the body, bothexternally and internally. It prevents germs from entering the body. It is not effective in killinggerms, merely repelling them. Alternate with Peacock Blue for full protection against germs. Breathe amber glass as an external surrounding of the body. Make sure to cover the total body.

Smoke Pumpkin: a buff medium orange that is effective on tumors, warts and most other

Page 17: THE BLUE STONE Healing Science of Thoth Hermes · Thoth began to assume more of his true ... revealed to me years later in “conversation” with him in my soul-being, that he “wrote”

growths. It can greatly slow the spreading of cancer, possibly bringing it to a complete halt, butcannot destroy the cancer cells already present. For the complete cancer remedy, alternate withflame light.

Golden Sun Fire: This reddish-yellow gold is a nerve nutrient. It is effective in repairingdamaged nerves in all areas of the body. It is actually a re-builder of nerve tissue. Can be usedfor spine damage, optic nerves in the eyes and all nerve damage caused by diseases affecting thenerve tissue and nervous system of the body.

When breathed externally about the surface of the body, it stimulates the nerve ends of the skinand brings better circulation to the surface tissues, for the circulatory system tends to be lax indistribution. This will bring a healthy glow to the skin and a refreshing tingling feeling. It isalso good for the hair. Especially aids in the prevention of most baldness.

Golden Sun Fire is not a nerve relaxant, nor is it a stimulant with the exception of the slighttingling sensation if breathed on surface skin. It is a nutrient and a re-builder of nervous tissueonly.

Fox Fur Russet: This is a color of golden reddish-brown. This vibration is a good suntanlotion. Practiced before and during exposure to sun, it will help absorb positive sun rays into thebody and repel negative radioactive rays. Also good to keep out heat or cold from the body. This is visualized externally, surrounding the body. Alternated with Powder Yellow, less brightthan Lemon Yellow, will help skin retain moisture during sun exposure.

Pink Nectar, a soft, medium pink color for cell tissue regeneration. It is especially effective onsurface skin for acne, wrinkles, muscle tone, etcetera.

Sea Coral, richer and brighter than pink salmon. This vibration is a water cleanser. Picture it inand surrounding your water before you drink it. Picture it internally as you breathe it throughthe fluids of your body. It is good for the reproductive organs and eliminates constipation. Itbalances the secretions of the body and regulates the fluid in cell tissue. Alternated withSparkling Pink Rose, it is especially active on all organs. When wishing to detoxify the fluids ofthe body, remember to inhale sea aquamarine and exhale sea coral.

Diffused Green, a soft light green that reduces swelling of all body tissue, external or internal. It is effective in restoring normal eyesight if the damage is caused within the tissue structure ofthe eyeball and connecting muscles. Effective on inflamed appendix and hemorrhoids.

Wintergreen, a medium shade that aids in balancing the personality. Breathe into total body, focusing on the left frontal lobe of the brain. Effective in treating depression, schizophrenia andother mental dis-orientation. Effective on those whose personality has been altered by drugs. Can aid in regulating personalities of the mentally retarded in a temporary sense. If theretardation is caused by nerve damage in the brain, Wintergreen alternated with Golden Sun Fireis effective in treatment of the source of the retardation. An additional alternate for braindamage is Sparkling Pink Rose.

Page 18: THE BLUE STONE Healing Science of Thoth Hermes · Thoth began to assume more of his true ... revealed to me years later in “conversation” with him in my soul-being, that he “wrote”

Dusk Blue, an opaque medium blue tinged with light green. Not so much blended as turquoiseor sea aquamarine, just the slightest tinge of green about the blue. This vibration is best receivedat dusk and is an emanation of the Christ light reflected through the nature spirits. It is used forlight meditation, relaxation of mental anxiety, communion with nature in the absorbing of thepeacefulness in natural sequences.

The next category are the intense light colors:

Flame Light: This is a bright light red tinted in dazzling yellow. It is to be used in smallamounts as it effects a burning action. It is effective in destroying cancer cells, tumors andeasing severe muscular constrictions.

Ultraviolet, a red violet color that must be visualized as incandescent to obtain the correctvibration, which is the same as the ultraviolet light. This can be used in the mending of bones, the correcting of twisted or malformed bones, the straightening of teeth and filling of cavities. Also a good vibration for the alleviation of extremely sharp and severe pain. Ultraviolet can beused to correct damaged corneas, optic nerves and detached retinas.

In an emergency case of a heart attack, thrombosis, fibrillation, etcetera, this vibration can beeffective in subsiding the spasms and regulating the heartbeat. However, do not use it as ageneral every day treatment for organs, especially the heart, as it is a type of stimulant. Whenused, it should be only in laser-like bursts of energy.

Next are the rainbow colors:

Jewel sun rose: This brilliant rainbow color is a combination of various rose shades, blendedwith a golden yellow, bright in the center and fading outward into the rose tones. When thiscolor is visualized in its perfect balance, the trinity of spirit, mind and body is brought togetherin illumination. This color mixture serves to bring together the energies of these three forces andbalance their rhythmic actions.

Pink and Violet Flash, a rainbow color combination of violet shades with a pink center flashingfrom pale to bright, surrounded with the violet tones. This fascinating collage opens the chakracenters of the body to receive from the etheric states of consciousness. This is effected graduallyand does not overstimulate the centers if applied in normal quantities once or twice a day.Next are the balance colors. Balance colors are those shades that are not too effective alone butwork well with other colors. The three mentioned in this text are Bone Tan, Silver-Gray, andPowder Yellow.

The most unusual hierarchal category which Hermes presented were the Light Forms. These areadvanced concentrations of light and color taking a symbolic form. This action is under thedirection of the archangels and must be administered by them when the individual summoningthe light forms is in spiritual receptivity.

Some of these light forms are:

Page 19: THE BLUE STONE Healing Science of Thoth Hermes · Thoth began to assume more of his true ... revealed to me years later in “conversation” with him in my soul-being, that he “wrote”

Pure Gem: Visualize a crystal multi-faceted clear gem. Once divine authority is given, thisgranted through prayer, various shades of colors will begin to flash into the gem and through theprismatic rays of the facets down into your body as you take deep etheric breaths. You will beguided as to the sequence of breaths which will most likely be several as the colors flash rapidlythrough the body.

From the moment of inhaling, as the colors are brought through the body from the cranium anddown through the feet, the colors may change several times as the light spectrum descendsthrough the various levels of the body. This is a light form of a high spiritual nature which is ahealer of all physical and mental problems and an aid to spiritual attunement, but it is of anextremely intrinsic nature and very difficult to maintain effectively.

Angel Bubbles: These are small energy bubbles. They are circles of gold with three tiny silverstar-like energy sparks in the center. While directed by the Archangels, these bubbles arechanneled through the Cherubim, attuning the individual summoning them to the nature spirits, allowing the natural energies to blend with the body for healing and enlightenment.

The Angel Bubbles usually cluster in groups above the individual, sometimes interlocking withone another. Often, higher light beings are presented holding the golden circles lightly in theirhands. They then descend from the hands or mid-air into the body of the individual summoningthem. Sometimes they do not enter the body but cluster around it.

Although Hermes lived before the birth of Christ, he had future knowledge of the eventualcoming of the Christ into the earth. The following are his colors of Immaculate Conception:

Dove White: This purest of white is the vibration of the Mari, Mother of the Christed Yeshua(Jesus). It is a great spiritual purifier that intercepts negative vibrations within the individual andconverts them to spiritual energy. It is effective in the vanquishing of evil spirits, negativehypnotic states, hexes and in the elimination of nightmares. Promotes channel for betterunderstanding of spiritual dreams and revelations. When alternated with various colors, it servesto balance the effect of the other color.

Milk Rose: The color vibration of the Christ child is a very pale pink-white rose. Breathedinternally, it is a soother of raw tissue. It can be used to stop internal bleeding and to soothe andcure ulcers. Generate the thought of warmth as you breathe this shade and it will serve as anoverall healing bath for the sensitive internal lining. Excellent for postoperative patients, especially when alternated with Diffused Green.

When a baby is born, it naturally radiates the vibration of Milk Rose. Mothers should frequentlytransmit this tone to their young children as an external and internal bath to aid the child in thecleansing and harmony of all its vital centers during the growing years. This color will helpmaintain the spiritual awareness of the child.

Children should be taught to breathe this color at a very early age to maintain the naturalemanation of that vibration with which they are born. It is intended that the vibration of milkrose emanate from a child until the age of twelve, but often in this modern age because of mental

Page 20: THE BLUE STONE Healing Science of Thoth Hermes · Thoth began to assume more of his true ... revealed to me years later in “conversation” with him in my soul-being, that he “wrote”

and spiritual distractions and improper diet and also pollutants, the milk rose dissipates ininfancy or soon thereafter unless it is embellished by color breathing by the parent and/or child. It can also be breathed into an unborn fetus to nourish it during gestation.

The hierarchal order of colors and their major healing properties which I have related here are asthe physician Thoth Hermes perceived them in their highest attributes. Colors can be used invarious ways for a wide range of radiated purposes. The usage depends upon the vibratory planeinto which the participant and visualizer places himself at the time of receipt and application. As to the exact shade of the color visualized, it is necessary for the individual to ask in a prayerof angelic frequency for that specific color tone to be revealed to his or her sight.

Clays and Nature Lights (Devas)

Hermes's affinity with the earth not only registered in his sensitivity and understanding of colorbut cast his eyes to the land beneath his feet. It was known by the Egyptian physicians of thatage that the earth contained the properties of health. The porous sand acted upon a bodysubmerged in it, drawing toxins from the tissues.

This power was especially potent when the sands were heated with the rays of the desert sun. The knowledge of clays had also been handed down through the generations as a valuable meansof extracting toxins from the body and balancing the total system. It was thought that spiritsabided in the earth, and when the soils were placed on the body, these beneficial spirits cast outthe evil sickness from the individual.

Hermes's sensitive touch found sand to possess solar radiation of a high intensity. He knewradiation to be harmful in large doses; that the porous state of the sand seemed to purify theradioactivity, transforming it into a healing energy.

It should be explained that Hermes's psychic ability enabled him to detect higher states ofradioactive action which cannot be detected by present day mechanical means. This highradiation was also true of clay, which Hermes found to be greater in magnetic strength. In addition, while sand maintained an invariant input-output ratio of solar activity appropriatewith the induction of solar exposure, clay was in a state of continuous transformation of solarand magnetic stability.

When applied to the body as a poultice, it assumed the character of the flesh. It allowed thesickness to enter its substance and then neutralize the imbalance it had absorbed.

Hermes recalled his past life as a Phoenician physician gave him a greater insight into theproperties of clay. In that life he had been an expert in the application of clays for healingpurposes.

Because of the subterranean lineage of the ancient Phoenicians, their understanding of the earth'sanatomy was exact. Hermes sought to put this past memory to use and improve his knowledge

Page 21: THE BLUE STONE Healing Science of Thoth Hermes · Thoth began to assume more of his true ... revealed to me years later in “conversation” with him in my soul-being, that he “wrote”

of the subject.

As a result of his perception and diligence, he discovered that clay, in addition to absorbing andneutralizing body poisons, acted on the energy centers, the chakras of the body, causing theregulation of the astral auric self, as well. The internal use of clays was used by the Egyptians todirectly affect and regulate the vital organs and normalize the stomach and bowel action. He noted that in the healing of the body through the application of clays, both externally andinternally, often the patient would experience increased discomfort for a period as the toxinswere stirred up by the action of the clays in the process of being absorbed and neutralized. Also, each patient responded individually to different types, applications and dosages of clays.Another problem was the inaccessibility of the clays. Egypt was a land of baked earth, claybeing random and plentiful, but often the specific type of clay needed by a patient for hisparticular problem was a great distance from him.

The great physician dwelt on this dilemma for several years. One night in a dream appeared tohim a tall, tan man. Hermes wrote of this experience,”

"The being stood a great height with skin the color of dark clays. His eyes were as mightyspears, flung into pools of silver light. His hair was long and woven with his beard, both beingthe color of white thunder clouds. He appeared to be eternal in youth, yet aged with wisdom."

"He stooped to the earth, and in a gesture of determined strength, scooped the earth into his handand thrust it forth into the heavens. His fingers loosed from the clay and it scattered across theplain of vastness. It tumbled and rolled, each particle of clay, until it began to whirl and spin asan atom of life."

"A brilliance came from the center of each particle and the particle shown with great light andwas set to blaze in the heavens, stars of the eternal orb."

From this being, Hermes was reminded of his primary principle, what is below is likened to thatwhich is above. From this principle, he began his work on the etheric use of clays. He taughtthat by willing the vibration of a particular clay into the body, the action of that clay would workdirectly on the auric level, charging the body with positive and negative ray antibodies.

"Radiation," wrote Hermes, "penetrates the elements in two separate gray forms, positive andnegative. When an imbalance occurs in the body, it can be adjusted by an increase in radioactiverays of either a positive or negative charge."

This applied only to radioactivity that had not been loosed in the lower state. Radioactivity aswe are mostly aware of it is in a discharge state, a "warped," as Hermes termed its condition.Should all the radioactive power of this planet descend into a discharge state, the earth wouldglow as a heated ember, being uninhabitable to life. However, the ray antibodies are unified, being above the level of warping.

When applying clay physically, a mixed number of these rays enter the body until it adjusts tothe body's present situation, at which point either the positive or the negative ray, whichever is

Page 22: THE BLUE STONE Healing Science of Thoth Hermes · Thoth began to assume more of his true ... revealed to me years later in “conversation” with him in my soul-being, that he “wrote”

the charge needed by the body at that time, begins to dominate. During this adjustment period, the system often experiences an increased sensitivity to its illness. By attracting the nature of theclay etherically through the auric threshold, this adjustment period is overridden as the higherself summons only the properly charged ray needed by the body.

Using this method, the concern for different dosages is eliminated, as the body receives auricallyonly the amount needed. Should the patient summon the wrong type of clay for his condition, the radiation rays of that clay will not act on his system, but pass through the body. Through thediscovery of this method, Hermes solved many problems, one of which was the inaccessibility ofthe clays. Now patients could draw from clays all over the world.

The next step that remained for the great physician was to list the most beneficial clays, those ofthe highest etheric value. He prayed for guidance. He knew of many clays, but he felt that onlya very few would be acceptable for true auric healing. He was given the knowledge he sought. In a vision, he was shown a great majestic mountain with twelve layers, one mounting upon theother. Each layer was one of the twelve primordial clays of the earth, the oldest original flesh ofthis earthen globe.

In his vision, he was told that in the beginning of the world, there were twelve degrees ofcreation through which the earth revolved. The auric body of the planet was constructed as aweb of energies woven into the clays. The twelve primordial clays are those creative clays fromwhich the rest of the earth was born. The etheric level of each of the twelve clays is aligned toone of the creative degrees.

When such vibrations are absorbed by the body, the creative action is stirred within theindividual, regenerating his physical system. To Hermes it was revealed that the twelve claysexisted deep in the earth and that each clay ascended at only one point on the globe, each pointbeing located a distance from the other. The clays pushed upward into the outer crust like asurge of life leaping forward. Hermes likened this to the pride of a color and thus designated theterm for the rising peak of the clays also.

As the pride of a clay reached just below the surface, it would often remain suspended for manythousands of years before breaking through to the surface. Once revealed, it might remain onlyten or fifteen years before descending once again beneath the covers of the earth. At this presenttime, most or all of the prides of clay are waiting beneath the crust.

When the soft centers as Hermes defined the surfaced prides are present, certain intelligentenergies are active in the earth and are transmitted into the intelligence radius of the earth'sinhabitants.

Two main actions cause movement of the clay prides and the revealing of their soft centers. Oneis the movement of the geological plates and the other is the action of the sunspots which affectthe radiation belt and ultimately the earth clays.

Any action affecting the earth's radiation level will affect the clays to some degree. Because theearth's clays, not just the primordial clays, are so influenced by the radiation level, they act upon

Page 23: THE BLUE STONE Healing Science of Thoth Hermes · Thoth began to assume more of his true ... revealed to me years later in “conversation” with him in my soul-being, that he “wrote”

that level. Radiation control could be accomplished through the concentration of mental energyinto the clays rather than as with the process of healing the body to draw from the clays.

Through mental energy, the penetration of clays with the proper thought could alleviatedroughts, stop flooding, cause certain lands to become fertile by reconstructing the soil and evenaid in controlling erosion.

In Hermes's dream, he was instructed all these things, but of greatest importance he was giventhe knowledge of the primordial clays and where their prides were located. Through etheric useof clays, it was not necessary to be in the area of the prides, but it was vital that one have amental image as to the approximate region of the surfacing centers.

These are the sacred twelve primordial clays in order from highest in etheric level to lowestthat were revealed to Hermes Trismesgistus:

1) White of Tibet

2) Golden of Mount Shasta, California

3) Rose of Mount Carmel, Israel

4) Pale Blue from the Sea of Galilee, Israel

5) Violet of New Zealand

6) Azure of the Grand Canyon in Arizona

7) Turquoise of Maui, Hawaiian islands

8) Vermilion of Egypt

9) Green of Iceland

10) Yellow of China

11) Gray-green of Argentina

12) Red-brown of India

In the age of Thoth Hermes, no man of the East had seen most of these areas of the world, and ofcourse they did not yet all bear their present names. Since it was necessary that he whosummoned the etheric quality of the clay have a general understanding as to the location of thepride, Hermes was taken on astral trips to each location so that he might write a description ofthe places for his disciples to digest. He was especially overcome with the majesty of the GrandCanyon, naming it My' Ha, meaning "royal heights." These astral ventures were the beginningsof his world adventures. Later he was to apply a process of atomic transmigration, transporting

Page 24: THE BLUE STONE Healing Science of Thoth Hermes · Thoth began to assume more of his true ... revealed to me years later in “conversation” with him in my soul-being, that he “wrote”

his entire body to desired destinations.

Since each person reacted differently to a clay, Hermes established no set guide for the use of theprimordial clays. He did find that a clay would result in various reactions upon the patientdepending upon the season. As the earth changed seasons, so its radiation density wasdistributed accordingly. Through meditation, he would pray that the clay he needed for aparticular ailment be made known to him. This method worked well for such an awareindividual, but others were often not so successful.

It was discovered that the most accurate method for most was to draw upon each one of thetwelve primordial clays once. Most patients found that when they drew upon a clay their bodyneeded, they experienced a tingling feeling or various other prominent sensations of energy. Sometimes it was necessary for the participant to draw upon all twelve clays several times beforethe needed clays began to register in sensation.

Once the right clays for the individual were located, this established the only clays the patientneed draw upon for the present condition. The method of using the clays aurically was similar toall other mental concentrations taught by Hermes.

First, the individual was to re-polarize himself (as explained in the “Polarity” section of thiswork). Then he was to concentrate on the region of the particular clay. Here, the description ofevents varied. Each person imagined in his own way. Some depicted the region as given inwritten descriptions by Hermes. Others, while bearing in mind the region, focused theirattention on the visualizing of the clay itself, the color, texture, etcetera.

Often imagining would become so acute that the patient would actually smell the clay throughetheric breath. Those who chose to visualize the color of the clay had to bear in mind that theywere merging two auric energies, the clay and the color, and that color is the strongest ethericvibration to which the body is sensitive, actually penetrating into a physical body polarity. As stated in "Color and Color Breathing," color is one auric energy which can be misused inetheric treatment. Hermes reminded his patients of this when they visualized color in connectionwith any other etheric treatment.

While the etheric nature of the clay could not become polarized with the body, the color of theclay could. However, when proceeding slowly, the individual found his auric clay treatments tobe more efficient when the color was visualized.

Hermes stressed the importance of color therapy, emphasizing that it should be applied inmoderation. As to the clay, it could be used freely in etheric treatment, but as with all aurictherapy, the great physician cautioned that the chakras, especially the third eye, should not beoverworked. Thus he recommended that one should draw upon a clay for only five to tenminutes at a time. However, if such a practice were in vogue today, the exercise time for theenergy centers would need to be reduced to three to five minutes, as the ancients were moreaccustomed to astral energies than our present civilizations.

Hermes instructed that the etheric clay therapy could be used in place of or in addition to oral or

poultice application. Thoth Hermes defined the medicinal quality of clay thusly: "'’Tis a facilesubstance of purifying earth that becomes the body of that with which it is brought together. Within the substance is contained the rarefied atoms which once enjoined with the greater bodybecomes the whole life of that body as the yeast that raises the bread and makes it whole. Claytakes into itself the living germ, purifies it and returns it to the body. It is the perfectregenerator."

The three sacred sciences, cosmic atonomy, alchemy and naturallae each is a phase ofknowledge important to humanity. Cosmic atonomy revealed to the ancient man the universaldistribution of matter and the spiritual impact of the soul upon space and time.

Alchemy brought to light the homogeneous quality of the soul and the elements of matter, thedefinitive relationship of the gross to the subtle, the latter being the sublimic nature of the first. The third sacred science could only be understood after the first two had been absorbed into theconsciousness.

Naturallae was the title given to the process of nature in its continuation in time and therelationship of man to the natural world which he creates and combines with to become a totalbeing. Nature was seen to evolute not through stages in environment or atmosphere, but throughthe dual actions of time contraction and mind expansion. As matter is exposed to time, it wasseen to contract or rather create a denser impact upon the matter.

The mind of man is in a natural state of expansion, or thought is the result of the mentalexpansion of the soul's stirring. It was known that matter was a product of impacted thoughtwaves seeking channels of release. Nature is thought in full bloom, expressing the desire tosustain life.

Through these two motions of thought, the need for release and the spiritual urge to sustain isformed the cradle for evolution. Yet, even the thoughts of man are subject to the time element inthe sense that time enters all direct participation of thought in nature and affects the initial driveof spiritual action in matter.

Naturallae was the science of assimilation. It traced the drive of the soul which through the spiritin the form of thought penetrates earth's subtle state to create patterns of expression so profoundas to mirror the spirit of man to man.

Hermes had a deep love of the earth and of every natural beauty that abounded therein. Heexpressed this emotion thus:

"Oh, the beauteous bosom of life, 'tis immortal longing becoming of substance before my sight. Upon every leaf is inscribed the ancient verse. Beneath the paling moon is suspended the gardenof the Lord, full and ripe for the receipt of his hand. I lower myself to kiss thee sweet mother asthe sun finds root above thee and the stars proceed before thee. Grace is thy name. Holy is thyplace before the Lord."

Because the earth was seen as holy by the ancients, her natural substance was spirit. Man also

Page 26: THE BLUE STONE Healing Science of Thoth Hermes · Thoth began to assume more of his true ... revealed to me years later in “conversation” with him in my soul-being, that he “wrote”

was spirit in his highest expression. Therefore, if man lacked in wholeness of body, he couldbecome total by receiving from nature, which was his natural inheritance, being the storehouseof his creation, the sum of his reverence for God.

The children of God could therefore benefit from their relationship with nature through these twophases. One, by the absorption and assimilation of natural matter into the physical system. And,two, through the transfer of etheric current from the natural matter into the auric pulse of thebody.

Hermes spent much time with young children, some of them his own, walking with them throughthe sparse oasis areas of Egypt. When in Greece, he taught a group of children for a time, instructing them in the ways of nature communication. In Greece, Hermes himself studiedherbology but found it lacking.

Through his understanding of the etheric current and the auric body, he pursued the belief thatherbs could be assimilated immediately and safely through etheric absorption. This could beapplied through radionics by placing the herb under the crystal of the ridar or could be absorbedby holding it in the left hand and drawing it through the body by concentration. This way, nooverdose or poisoning could result.

He also experimented with body packs. He would wrap the herbs in warm damp cheesecloth andplace them on various areas of the body that are especially absorptive. Then using mentalimagery, he would direct the absorption through the affected area. He found under the arms tobe the most absorptive area of the body for general distribution. The back of the neck and thesolar plexus treated the chakra balance, but he warned never to treat the third eye directly. Thewrists and ankles were the areas for circulation and the tail bone for spinal and neck injuries. Hermes also suggested the use of clay poultices on these areas. However, because the treatmentwas not totally etheric, he cautioned the patient to be prudent in dosage.

It was through his excursions with the children that Hermes learned the most about naturallae. He urged them to touch the plants and trees, to reach out their minds to the nature spirits. Allflora contains a cosmic atom within each that is stimulated and sustained through the positivethought of human souls. It responds as a center of pure emotion to man.

The cosmic atoms when stimulated by love respond by releasing a charge of mist which forms acloud of light. These clouds are present in the periphery of those who are pure of heart and ableto separate their thinking from negative conditions and emanations about them. This is difficultfor the most sincere adult, but many children, Hermes found, were able to enjoy the visions ofthe nature spirits.

Hermes too could see them flashing beneath the leaves of bitterroot after a summer rain andshimmering near the surface of a silver pond. To the children, they often assumed human shape,as the nature spirits are very responsive to the mind of a child. And often the loose ectoplasm ofa child's astral auric body, which does not become in closer union with the chakra centers untilpuberty, melted with the natural energy of the flora and made shapes from the mental desires ofthe child's mind.

Page 27: THE BLUE STONE Healing Science of Thoth Hermes · Thoth began to assume more of his true ... revealed to me years later in “conversation” with him in my soul-being, that he “wrote”

All this fascinated Hermes, and he wrote a text on it describing in detail his experiences with thechildren in the natural world. He saw children receive instant healings by asking the naturespirits or nature lights to recycle their body energies. This was especially effective if the youngone touched a tree, as the trees were massive purifier.

At Shasta, he learned the different actions of each type of tree and saw that aware adults toocould benefit from this form of therapy. It was not necessary for them to see the nature lights inorder to benefit from their emanations. Trees, he learned, were each polarized in a specificaspect. Each type responded to the body in a certain way, but also each individual tree wasaligned in a particular polarity.

To find the polarity, the Masters demonstrated to Hermes that one must place both their handspalms down on the trunk of the tree. The two hands were not to touch. As Hermes laterdescribed it:

"The one who desireth the touch of the cosmic atom circles the tree in the direction of themagnetic curve with his hands remaining on the surface of the trunk acting as a sensor, hisenergies being transferred through the juices of the tree to the very core. When he approachesthe proper direction in relation to the tree, the seeker will be sensitive to a gravity which isdenser than the normal experience. Here he will remain, his hands still resting with the tree."

Once the polarity had been found, the participant was ready to receive directly from the cosmicatom. This involved a process of energy transfusion in which the individual's energies werecirculated through the tree, purified and re-polarized and returned to the body.

This process was slowly effected so that no sense of draining rested with the patient. The tree, once involved with the auric body of the individual, supported that person with its cosmicconnections until his energies were purified. No harm could result in choosing the leastharmonious tree, only a lesser therapeutic action would result.

The tree most suited for total healing was the giant redwood, but not all could awaken to thecosmic atom of the giant guardian, as the redwood is the one tree of holiness that exists on thisearth. It is a specter out of time, bridging the ages of man.

Hermes was told about ancients of the earth, those of the first race in the Eden land Lemuria thatwalked this planet long before Lemuria became a governmental region. The red trees, as theredwood were titled, were manifestations of the first race giants, remnants of their spiritualgreatness and purity.

"As sentinels of the dawn of man, the red trees tend the earth as temples, reaching their tendrilsinto the firmament and rooting the earth to the templar regions of the Lord." This was as theeloquent mind as Hermes expressed it.

He was especially entranced by the giants, as such living growth was certainly unknown in theeastern hemisphere in that era. The redwood was known to specialize its energy purpose soacutely as to devise a system of protection that was likened unto a complex code.

Page 28: THE BLUE STONE Healing Science of Thoth Hermes · Thoth began to assume more of his true ... revealed to me years later in “conversation” with him in my soul-being, that he “wrote”

The redwoods feed the earth with certain stellar currents unobtainable to the earth and manthrough any other means. For while these currents come down upon the planet, these specialones cannot be assimilated unless received through the redwood and directed through the treeinto the earth.

Because of the importance of the redwood, nature has imbued it with vast sustaining qualitiesand protective energy layers. When a red tree is cut down, its energy goes on assimilating stellarcurrent for nearly 100 years. It is not as active in auric form as it is in the physical, but theaction does continue for that approximate time. This is to ensure that the growth of its seed willreach maturity before the parent ceases to function.

About each red tree are several layers of polarized energies, each layer polarized in an oppositedirection. When finding the polarity of a redwood, the seeker had to find the precise code byworking layer for layer through to the cosmic atom. The atom of the red tree was called thesacred atom, as it was attuned to the angelic stations of light.

Depending upon the age and position of the red tree, it would have a specific number of energylayers. The participant would begin on the first layer circling the tree until he located the firstpolarity. Then he would pray to enter through this layer. He would do the same withconsecutive layers. Red trees can contain anywhere from two to eight layers on the average, butthere are some with as many as 26 layers. The number of layers determines the potency of thetree as a channel for spiritual nature energies.

Hermes was shown by the Masters of Shasta how to determine the layers of a felled redwood bystudying the rings in the wood, as the rings are composed by the circulation of energies withinthe tree migrating to the minerals of the wood into patterns of these rotating energies. The wood from a red tree was considered sacred, as it too contained a form of stellar responsethat was unique. However, with the wood, as long as the grain was not destroyed, it wouldcontinue to radiate a strong recycling quality, beneficial to all living things. Other woods do thisalso, but not to the degree of the red tree.

All trees and plants will also leave their auric bodies intact for a time after they have been felledor uprooted, but only for a short period. Next in duration to the red tree is the oak, remainingaurically for five to ten years. Next the pine, two to three years.

Plants of all kinds were seen to be expressions of higher energies which were consummate withman's being, his own expression relayed outward into the heavens and settling back again uponhim as a tender web of stellar dew. To receive the effect of a flower or leave of a plant, the leafor petal was to be held lightly between the forefinger and thumb of either hand. The desiredeffect was especially potent if the plant was left intact with its roots in the soil and the leaf wasnot picked.

Seed which had not been dried but kept moist in a condition conducive to sprouting could beheld for receipt of healing energies. These were thought to be especially effective on growths, both external and internal.

Page 29: THE BLUE STONE Healing Science of Thoth Hermes · Thoth began to assume more of his true ... revealed to me years later in “conversation” with him in my soul-being, that he “wrote”

The most potent for this condition and also for any form of serious disease were said to be theseeds of the pomegranate and the kernels of the apricot. Often rubbing the seeds when heldinduced a greater response of energies from their latent energy cells.

Seeds are embryos of life yet to be and therefore contain the intelligent radiance of energies thathave not been realized in the present, but are waiting to be received into physical matter. Thus, there is an inter-dimensional activity within the seed that can be drawn upon.

Hermes never ceased his wonderment of nature and the intricate yet fundamentally simplerelationship of each portion of nature with its internal structure and with the cosmic directivewhich charged its coded microcircuits to elicit such perfect unity and accord.

Each cell of living matter was known to be programmed by the universal pressures of stellarcongruities, causing stellar activity, supernova implosions and whirling masses of galactic light. The solar suns race into the centers of galaxies which in turn fall toward the great central logosor nebulous suns. Each action upon action determines ultimately the character and symmetry ofa single budding rose on this misty blue sphere.

But beyond the reaches of every conceivable climax is the universal intelligence whichpenetrates all knowing to produce the initial motion which triggers the many actions in suchclose involvement as to provide harmony within each level of chain reaction.

All the impact of quasi-stellar giants, blazing red suns and vast celestial congestions are balancedin power so divinely as to not trample the most delicate petal of the rose. It is allowed to flourishthrough the same law that provides for atomic fusion. This was to Hermes the pinnacle ofdivinity.

Crystals and the Pure Radiance of Alchemy

From his experience at Mount Shasta, Hermes took with him back to Egypt the secret ofcrystalline structure. He had learned from the Masters of the mountain the art of micro-vision,the ability to expand the vision of the corneas, uniting their vision with the third eye projection. This created a tri-vision, which allowed for multiple degrees of sight, including photo-vision,using the eye as a lens through which photographs may be made, and micro-vision, the focusingof the eyes to the perception of the minute.

Micro-vision was achieved by transferring the wavelengths of light through the third eye,face-matching the photons, meaning the photons were brought into alignment within the spectralcavity of the brain in a matter of duplication, causing light to be seen closer to a continuousstream, in contrast to the normal shutter image in which light is viewed in a series of units by theeye. Through adjustments, various visual perceptions could be accomplished.

Using this technique, a whole universe was opened to Hermes. An atom became a glorious sunwith its orbs of matter vibrating toward the hierarchal throne. The Masters of Shasta filled the

Page 30: THE BLUE STONE Healing Science of Thoth Hermes · Thoth began to assume more of his true ... revealed to me years later in “conversation” with him in my soul-being, that he “wrote”

cup of Hermes's hungry mind, making him an artisan of science. He knew most nonlivingsubstances composed their atomic structure into a three dimensional symmetry, forming crystalsof uniform purity and composite beauty.

Experimenting with quartz crystal, Hermes fashioned it into several prismatic shapes by meansof a laser, and found each shape to emit a specific energy quality of its own. Throughexperimentation, Hermes compiled text with accompanying illustrations mapping the variouscuts of quartz crystal and the energy qualities produced within each. Through this study, herefined geometry and coupled it with physics in such perfect balance, he approached the creationof a new science, an alchemical goal.

Through the merging of geometry and physics expanded in a metaphysical base, the goldentriangle of Thoth Hermes was realized. The golden triangle incorporates the expressed divisionsof energy obscure, vibration, and energy profound, trans-personal, with the structure of matter.Hermes improved and often restored eyesight with the use of finely cut lenses. These lenseswere not used for magnification, which offers only a crutch for the eye, but as a light and higherenergy refractor, which induced healing in the delicate tissues of the eyeball and the innerchambers of the cornea and retina.

The great physician found that most eye damage resulting from both injury or disease could behealed through the use of crystal lenses. However, the laser quality of the crystal caused it to beharmful if misused.

Treatments employing the crystal lens were given in the form of applications lasting only severalminutes each. The crystal must always have one smooth concave side, the obverse side beingprismatically cut, different cuts creating individual energy actions. The concave side was fittedto the eye. It was vital that the light waves pass through the faceted side first, diffusing the raysthrough the unfaceted area before penetrating the eye.

Staring through the faceted side with the light approaching from the concave portion oftencaused headaches and double vision if continued for several minutes. The aftereffects of thisreverse procedure were not enduring, but if continued could cause damage to the lens of the eye.Various colored lights brought about dissimilar effects when focused through a crystal lens intothe retina. Violet was especially effective on cataracts and red on circulatory problems of theeyeball.

Hermes found solar light the most effective by nearly 80 percent. He devised a means to allow aspecified amount of solar light through an opening in a pyramidical chamber focused into a darkroom. He placed color filters made of volcanic glass between the light source and the patientwith the crystal lens in place. He preferred volcanic glass because it proved to project the higherenergies carried in the solar light with less distortion.

For the novice who did not have the benefit of a physician or the precisely cut lenses, Hermessuggested using the crystal etherically as one would for healing of any portion of the body. Thepatient was instructed to face the sunlight, holding a crystal over his solar plexus and with eyesclosed, so as not to allow his visual impulse to conflict with those of his solar center, direct the

Page 31: THE BLUE STONE Healing Science of Thoth Hermes · Thoth began to assume more of his true ... revealed to me years later in “conversation” with him in my soul-being, that he “wrote”

energy channeled and intensified by the crystal into the ailing area of his body.

Crystals were held in reverence by the ancient alchemists of Lemuria and Atlantis, for to themthe crystal represented interpolation as the destiny of all substances. The fine light, the truesimplistic mean strikes the chord of destiny, the crystal. It is then interpolated by refraction andspun from its crystalline incarceration no longer intact as a unifying beam but separated intospectral units.

While this may momentarily appear to project a negative condition, a digressing of pure form, itsdecadence is illusionary in the alchemist's eye, for he is possessed of the true knowledge ofalchemical union, which conceives infinite unity in our universe, forever emerging from greaterdepths of fusion.

What appears united by one form of measurement weighs as an imbalance on more sensitivecosmic scales. Consequently, each phase of unity must disengage its parts as its marriage cycle iscompleted and submit to a violation of its quality, thereby re-experiencing the strain of couplingin the act of unification. Each time a pure element is separated, it becomes finer in quality whenonce again wetted. The crystal was the alchemical wand dividing to strengthen.

The ancient alchemists discovered that when light was refracted in a crystal obversely and thenthrough a matching crystal reversely, the complete separation and reunification was achieved. Acrystal acts on the body in like manner. It passes energies through the body which enter thecrystal unified, but are received by the human system, specifically the solar plexus, in separateenergy units or streams.

Once received by the chakras, the energy migrate to the areas in need of recapturing the balanceof their own energy output. According to ancient sciences, the energies received by the bodythrough the crystal will stimulate the human system to unify its energies through the process ofseparation and reunification. The body is acting as the reverse prism. When the energiestransmitted by the light frequencies leave the body, they will once again be unified.

The same process applies in centralizing the energies into one specific area, although throughthis channeling, the energies will not form natural patterns throughout the body, but only withinthe area the current is directed.

Therefore, it was the practice when treating a specific region to administer to the total systemfirst before applying energy directly to the affected area, thereby preparing the body to absorbthe intensity of a centralized energy treatment, opening all body centers to act in conjunctionwith the treatment of the affected area.

The ancients knew crystals to be formed as a result of atomic purity, the atoms arranged in acharge eliciting from the matter an unbroken high energy vibration. Impure substances radiatetheir high energies in less uniform frequency bands, as their crystalline structure is less stable. The purer the substance, the finer the crystal symmetry.

Hermes titled the perfect crystalline structure "the crystal butterfly." In studying the energy

Page 32: THE BLUE STONE Healing Science of Thoth Hermes · Thoth began to assume more of his true ... revealed to me years later in “conversation” with him in my soul-being, that he “wrote”

emissions from the crystalline structure of metals, he witnessed the dual opening and closingpattern of the energies as they were received and released from the atoms of the crystals. Theenergy which was classified by Hermes as "Magna Neutra," or high energy, is the purest energyof the universe; the energy of life force, of thought, prayer, love, all the undefinable issues ofman.

High energy is the constant presence throughout the universe, causing the existence and action ofall lower energies, bearing the codes of the intelligent radiation from the source. Hermes tracedthe path of high energy through the observation of the atomic particles' response to this sublimestate. The path of input-output is an orbit somewhat like a comet around the sun, flowing inenergized ellipses about the nucleus of the atom.

As high energy enters the charged space of the atom, it echoes a duplicate of itself whicheclipses the nucleus from the opposite direction. This is not an illusion, but an identical beam ofhigh energy which has been created through the contagion of the atoms' charged space cominginto contact with the very life force.

High energy carries no charge of its own, as it is a neutral presence which is natural only to theanti-space condition. However, through its manipulation of matter, Magna Neutra mirrors itselfin space. This mirror image is registered as a stillness. The nature of energy is to seekquiescence, thereby causing lesser energies which are in constant motion to rush toward theirstill point. Although space does not allow for the manifestation of the still point, the lowerenergies are nevertheless urged on by the presence of the still projection of Magna Neutra.

This action creates the reasoning of motion, the order of the universe. It is a joint effort ofmotion to seek the stillness of the initial beam. Within the atomic atmosphere of the atom, thelesser energies are attempting to duplicate the stillness of the high energy ellipse. As a result, thehigh energy forms a wall of energized space around it which flashes a negative charge throughthe center of the atom's nucleus to the opposite side of the atomic barrier. All the while, thespace of the atom is rushing in a graduation of intensity in its quest for the still nature.

The charged space becomes denser as it contracts about the nucleus as a result of the intensifiedmotion. As the projection of the wall surrounding the high energy beam is passed through thenucleus, it registers as a positive charge on the opposite side of the nucleus.

This act of energized space seeking its still nature through intensifying and densifying motionregisters in encapsulated packages known as electrons. Now we see two charges of orbitingenergy bands circling the nucleus of the atom in ellipses. These two orbits react between them, causing a spreading and gathering motion in the fluxing of the ellipse path. Thus emerges thebutterfly, wings a flutter within his crystal cocoon.

Only in crystalline structure does high energy operate in this fashion, as the precise geometricalignment produces the singularly acceptable matrix for this action. The atoms of crystals displaya three dimensional symmetry necessary as a stage for the duplication of the high energy beamthrough the channels of diffraction.

Page 33: THE BLUE STONE Healing Science of Thoth Hermes · Thoth began to assume more of his true ... revealed to me years later in “conversation” with him in my soul-being, that he “wrote”

From the mystical phrases of Hermes alchemical codex, Uretha:

"The final phase of purification was revealed. Swift the journeys of night through brilliant robesof light and rises vapors of the moon to encircle the fiery sun. Separate that which abides instillness from the motions of the spheres. Refine the tumultuous sulfurous self to the pureness ofprimordial oneness. Stir within thee thy longing and transpose the transparent dawn of theelements to rest with thee. When the shadow cannot be cast upon the surface, the quality hasrisen in the ascension of transmutation and thus is revealed to the eye the rarefied solvent."

The rhythm of such a passage suggests the essence of an incantation rather than the awakeningof a physical law, but the genre of alchemy is always mysterious in the final act. The originalalchemical process was climaxed through a mental saturation of the elements, purifying thephysical system and as an afterthought creating the precious golden metal. Through thehistorical ages, alchemical gold is seen to be of a spiritual purity in unity and not existent in atemporal sense.

However, the ancient alchemists of the lost world or the eras of civilization predating knownhistory indeed created or rather revealed the pure substance of metal producing gold. The goldthey brought forth from the opaque congestion of impurity had been transformed to a greaterdegree of purity than ordinary gold.

The pressures and heat expended by the universe in the creating of this dazzling element wereeliminated through transmutation. In place of the physical rending of matter and gases throughalchemy, the mind introduces a mist or vapor into the element which disengages the atomicstructure. This is achieved without force through the blending of the mist or myritha with thenuclei of the atoms.

Within the nucleus is the mind of the atom, where direct signals are emitted into the chargedspace of the atom. The vaporous myritha is charged with thought which when descended withinthe nucleus conveys the directive for purification. This releases the atom from its banding orsingular purpose, which is the maintaining of vibration, eliciting the function of the particularelement in which it abides.

Freed from class distinction, the nature of the atom automatically migrates into the structure ofleast resistance, being the purest elemental state, that of gold. Alchemical gold is the product ofpurity shimmering on the border of elemental lineage. It is the absolute peak of quality of whicha nonliving solid substance can capture.

The gold of myritha is the only solvent element of the physical planes. It has an atomic unity inthe aligning of the atomic crystals so as to transmute the nucleus of the third atom in each crystallattice into a microquasar. The immense radiation of energies from the quasar cell of the atommaintains the inviolate state of alchemical gold.

The microquasar is a diminutive of the giant stellar cousins recently probed by earth's scientists.Quasars, giant and micro alike, are caused by a cessation of space brought about by timeanomalies or pauses of the space-time continuum.

Page 34: THE BLUE STONE Healing Science of Thoth Hermes · Thoth began to assume more of his true ... revealed to me years later in “conversation” with him in my soul-being, that he “wrote”

These pauses are brought on through the dispersing of energies which has suddenly contractedfaster than the speed of light. As space can no longer support the functions of the energies, theyare swept into the laws of anti-space. The micro-quasar does not exist in nature on the lowerplanes of physical life unless it is created by the interpolation of mind with matter.

On higher physical levels than earth, however, these congruities of time, space and matter doexist through a natural sequence as do the celestial quasars. The mind vapor, the mysteriousmyritha, is a natural etheric vapor produced by the conjunction of the mind with the brain. Themind would be incapable of physical function inside the brain tissue without the thoughttransferable vapor.

Hermes, like his ancient predecessors, knew the secret of transferring the myritha to theelements. Although the elements had to be primed first through a series of chemical processes, the conjuncto of events could only transpire through the mingling of the myritha with theelement, separating the atomic structure from its banding by attracting and absorbing theaforementioned Octum, the impure contagion, within the element.

All vapor or mist was seen as a manifestation of the mind vapor and was symbolicallyrepresented by the moon. The reason was twofold. The vapor, being delicate, elusive andtransparent, was seen as a feminine principle. The mother vapor which intervenes with thestrength of the father sun and diffuses the elemental frequencies to cause the transmutation of thegross to the subtle.

Without the mother vapor, the elements are fixed in their primordial stations unable to evolutetheir character into the various stages of experience. Also, the effect of the orbital cycle of themoon about the earth is registered in an hydrogen and oxygen combination which forms water. The moon thereby affects the atoms of water and thus large bodies of water as it affects the tideof the seas.

The evaporation and condensation process is affected also by the moon's cycles. Even the fluidcontent of the body is exerted upon by the pull of that shining sphere. The nervous system isextremely sensitive to the pressure of body fluids. When the moon is full, the fluids of the bodygenerally at their peak..According to Hermetic teachings, for those with high blood pressure or heart trouble, this is adetriment. Even individuals whose health problems are slight, perhaps even unnoticed, couldexperience an increase in problems during a full moon.

But in a more positive light, those with psychic sensitivities, including healing powers, couldexperience a heightened sensitivity in their talents, as the pineal gland, the center of psychicbalance, is also affected by body fluid pressures.

Women are generally more sensitive to their psychic senses during their menstrual periods, asthe peak of this cycle also affects the body fluid pressure and in turn is affected by the cycles ofthe moon. Consequently, a woman should be especially receptive to receiving or giving psychichealing during her period.

Page 35: THE BLUE STONE Healing Science of Thoth Hermes · Thoth began to assume more of his true ... revealed to me years later in “conversation” with him in my soul-being, that he “wrote”

Because the moon plays such as an important role in transformation, Hermes saw it as a vitalfunction rather than an object alone. Indeed, he saw most natural objects as functional. In theprocess of alchemy, he found he could affect various stages of purification in metals throughtiming the conjuncto with the stellar and lunar phases.

He wrote of this:

"I place my mind as a touch upon the surface of the metal and feel the motion therein. I jointhought with the golden atoms and sense the proper moment in which to expand my mind anddescend the thought into the very core of substance. When the time is matched with theattraction of the golden atoms to be released from the contagion, the vapor descends therein andpasses from the element, and behold, there is risen the beauteous purity to the reality of themind."

By controlling the stages of purification, Hermes mastered something which had been lost fromthe world since the very beginnings of time. He brought forth the stages of graduation and purityso that the eye and mind could perceive the slow subtleties and the transformation rather than seeit manifest instantly.

This gave the alchemist insight into the reason behind the act. It revealed to him each delicateawakening of spirit within the matter, which is the natural occurrence in man as opposed to theinstant salvation. Alchemical gold in its lower stages resembled any other piece of gold to theeye as the micro-quasars were reacting on the inner plane more than the outer plane of earth'sawareness.

But as the vibratory level was increased, it effected a pull on the microquasars, causing them toshift their energy spectrum through the time quanta more into the outer plane. As this occurred, the alchemical gold became more brilliant to the eye, appearing to glow in the manner of agaseous luminescence.

As the acceleration of atomic vibration ceased, the gases seemed to become set once again as ametal, yet the sheen of the gold was still quite brilliant and appeared to have a silvery accentmingled with the rich golden tone. As the quality was increased, the fineness of the silvery lightmerging with the shining gold brought to the surface of the metal a granular appearance, as ifsilver and gold had been woven together in micro-units.

In actuality, the silver specks radiating within the gold was an alchemical silver, for silver issimply the golden ray inverted so that it is projected inward into the atoms and into the innerplanes. Gold has its ray projecting outward into the outer planes. Still, both are of the same typeof ray.

Hermes taught that all elements projected a ray or energy image of themselves that was revealedthrough the light spectrum. The type, quality and frequency of the ray determined theappearance of the element as well as its texture and solidity.

Further, he taught that each individual had a particular receptivity level to each element. Some

Page 36: THE BLUE STONE Healing Science of Thoth Hermes · Thoth began to assume more of his true ... revealed to me years later in “conversation” with him in my soul-being, that he “wrote”

elements could be extremely therapeutic to one person and be repelling or even harmful toanother, but gold seemed to be therapeutic to almost everyone.

There were some who could not tolerate it, and this usually stemmed from a karmiccircumstance in which that soul had built up an intolerance of gold through fears or guiltinvolving purity. Some took gold internally in small portions. Hermes gave it to his patients fortumors, cancers and occasionally for aging, as it was found by him to be especially effective inthe regeneration of cell tissue, but it also relieved body fluid pressures and had a sterilizing valuefor open wounds.

Silver was effective on warts and other external growths. With its inverted ray, it cut off thegrowth's contact with the ethers. Most surface growths depend on scattered energies carried inthe ethers to sustain them. A small thin plate of silver the size of a razor blade was used in mostcases. It was rubbed lightly over the surface of the growth and surrounding area for five or tenminutes, three or four times a day.

As it is now, copper was used in Hermes's time on arthritis. It also relieved headaches whenrubbed on the temples. It was effective on tuberculosis of the bone by being held over thechakras and through mental concentration brought into the afflicted area. Relief from pain ofarthritis and all conditions of the bone was produced by rubbing a copper bar over the painfulareas.

Copper was also placed in a thin sheet around a decayed tooth for a period of a few weeks. When removed, often the cavity was reduced and sometimes the tooth was completely restored. The degree of healing that took place using metals, as with all things, depended upon thereceptivity of the individual. For this reason, Hermes advised that the patient proceed cautiouslywith each remedy to evidence gradually the effect the treatment would have on him. This heespecially cautioned with metals, as there were many who had karmic allergies to metals broughtwith them from past lives. Metals when injected into the DNA genetic molecules could have aseverely mutating effect.

Before the time of Hermes in Atlantis, many souls were involved with the scientific effort toproduce a master race. This involved the extreme mutation of human beings through theinfusion of metals into their genes. Those who imposed this upon the race of man in that time aswell as those who developed a fear of such imposition through personal experience or thepersonal experience of those close to them were susceptible to such allergies. Even in Hermes'sday, there were those who continued to experiment with life in this abhorrent way, but they werefew compared to the Atlantean period.

Atlantis contained a great body of spiritual souls in its golden era, but in the midst ofrighteousness were also found the followers of deception who hungered for power over life anddeath. As a result, many souls were bruised karmically. The desire for gold and other metals asa material agreed is strongly related to such karma.

Despite the needed care to be taken, Hermes strongly recommended the use of metals in thetreatment of many ailments. He found no genetic mutation to take place as long as the metal was

not taken internally. Internal doses were only given in severe cases, and then very little at atime. Only with large internal doses by mouth or breathed as fumes from molten slag could anymutation occur.

Hermes never recommended any tampering with the genetic vine. Only through cosmicalignment by prayer and spiritual transmutation could mankind safely correct his genetic faults,as they were a product of karma alone.

Man was born with a natural protection built into his genetic circuitry. This protection wasslowly taken from him through eons of spiritual degeneration. No amount of physical abusecould tear down the blessing of genetic protection. This was removed by the starving of thespirit. Once removed, man was free to physically mutate his Godly system. And so Hermes, aswell as the majority of his peers, saw genetics as sacred ground. Only through the spirit couldthe spiraled glory of the DNA be restored.

Alchemical gold was representative of this spiritual restoration. By watching the physicalprocess of transmutation, the ancients saw a hint of their own completion. Thus, they appliedspiritually what they learned from physical alchemy.

The ascension phase of transmutation was the final act of conjuncto, the last moment in whichheaven and earth were mingled to produced the pure radiance of being. Scientifically, the thirdatom of the crystal lattice lifts in its dimensional gravity to expose the microquasar to the outerplane. This was seen as the vaporous rising, the ascension of a lunar function. Like the atoms ofthe elements, man's anatomy must gravitate to its subtlest level and reveal the spiritual pulsewithin.

Gems and Stones : The Ring of Fire

An ancient script of Hermes held this enchanted verse:

"From the center of the constricted matter arises the finest essence of the whole, contracted frommolten agony into a flashing bead which has surrendered the nature of its opaque primordialbirth to the purifiers of light and has become gloriously transformed. These are the stones ofglory which rise from the eclipse of creation as a ring of fire."

Precious stones were accepted by the ancients as frozen sparks of creation. Hermes furtherassumed the perspective of alchemist and perceived them to be transmuted from their impurestate of congestion deep within the pressures of the earth being returned to their original state, yet suspended in time.

Hermes's birth inheritance caused him to feel especially close to the concept of elemental births, for he had been born with a lapis ice in his right hand and the emerald fire in his left. Thisoccurrence was not merely a mystical happening, but a merging of two veins of cosmic law.The two original stones formed within the palms of the infant Hermes were known as seed

stones. They were conceived by elements within the womb coming forth through the chakras orenergy points of the baby's hands.

When certain consummate stellar harmony strike a chord of unity focused within a living thing, new actions occur that would not normally result through the natural pattern of the species. Thisis true also for man.

Hermes's father merged his genetics of another world with those of his life circle. In doing so,he opened his system for a new attitude of law within the womb of his wife. As an oyster createsa pearl through pressures of friction, so the chakras of the babe contracted the aggregations ofelemental substance which composed the nourishment received from the womb and produced inlike manner the pearls of emerald and lapis. As with the oyster, the organism of man can in rareinstances combine the two veins of biologic and geologic law to conceive the most precious ofjewels.

The two stones of Hermes, while assuming the elemental type of emerald and lapis lazuli, wereset apart from stones born of earth strata, and that within these seed stones were found thestirrings of atoms singular to their form of creation.

Although the emerald is often associated with Hermes, being the stone of his famous EmeraldTablets, and the lapis is the stone representative of his office of authority, being one of the electto bear the blue stone, these precious jewels were not as paramount in his observation of stonesas was the opal.

In order to comprehend Hermes's consideration of the opal and indeed his complete lifeideology, it must be understood that Hermes involved the emotions of his soul in everything hecould conceive, rationalize, dream, hope or reveal in living. He took each act of naturepersonally. He felt the rain on a distant mountain and was parched with the drought of a land hehad never seen. There was joy in his heart as he watched the separation of cells through microvision. Themusical timbre from the breast of a small bird filled him with awe and love of the intelligencethat could have been so thoughtful as to pause in the throat of such a tiny creature amidst thevastness of the universe. And so Hermes became easily enamored by all manifestations ofcosmic science.

The opal was to Hermes the most fiery depth in the ring of fire. In it, he saw his nature, translucent lights mingling with the iridescent misty whiteness, seeking the true tone of light, theray of perfection, all the while bathing in colors of sky and fire, tracing faint passages of mineralrivers through the crystalline chambers and reflecting the beauty of the mind's eye in a depth ofdimensional lakes trapped in the recesses of its creation.

Hermes discovered the opal to possess the power of purifying light waves. The ancients knewlight waves or photons to waver in purity, or rather direction in composition, allowing gravityand various imbalances to create discrepancies in its vibration.

While the crystalline structure of most precious stones allowed for a slight correction of this

Page 39: THE BLUE STONE Healing Science of Thoth Hermes · Thoth began to assume more of his true ... revealed to me years later in “conversation” with him in my soul-being, that he “wrote”

discrepancy and reflective power, the opal transmuted the light waves to their purest degree. Hermes used the opal in the treatment of the eyes along with the quartz crystal lenses. He alsobelieved that by rubbing the opal, the circuitries of the body were cleared from stagnant energies. He practiced placing an opal on the closed lid of an infected eye. He also had patients gaze intothe stone to treat eyes and the mucous membrane. The opal was seen to relieve congestion offluids in the body.

Hermes developed a serum of finally ground opal in a salt solution which he injected into thepatient to treat severe cases of bronchial and lung congestion.

Rubbing or gazing into the heart of a ruby was suggested by Hermes for circulatory problems, especially those within the muscles of the heart. However, it was cautioned that a facetedtransparent gem was also a crystal and the patient should remember to stare into only the smoothportion of the crystal. Because of this, special cuts of gems were faceted specifically for visualhealing.

When rubbing stones for health, the individual was to remain attentive to the overall feeling heexperienced. If there was any discomfort, he was to discontinue that particular stone. As withmost remedies, each person reacts differently to a potion. It was discovered by the ancientphysicians that people developed attractions to certain stones and repelled others.

Also, if the stone was impure or faceted wrong for that individual, it could be that the specificstone needed to be exchanged for another of the same type. While one diamond might producean uneasiness to the patient, another would give relief to the physical ailment.

Because gems were rare to a degree, even in Hermes's time, he applied a similar astral or ethericreceipt to them as he had with the clays. This met with often greater success than when thepatient held or gazed into the gem. This was due to the fact that when drawing on the ethericenergy of a substance, the pure energy is obtained unrestricted by impurities.

Also, certain gems could be drawn upon from the subterranean depths of the earth that had neverbeen mined by the surface inhabitants, such as the blue diamond mined only in the centraltunnels of the earth. It was extremely rare and difficult to obtain and was known by inner earthinhabitants as the lithis blue and also the 2-12 carbon, as it was found in certain strata thatproduced pressures of that measurement.

This diamond was believed to be especially potent on all diseases but was usually drawn uponetherically, being too powerful through direct assimilation of energies. The lithis blue wasprimarily used in its physical state for cosmic communications and demolecularizations.Tourmalines were etherically received in the treatment of arthritis and gastric conditions, the redand green stones respectively being the most effective. Another subterranean stone was thegolden jasmine, this being even rarer than the lithis blue diamond, as this beautiful goldenluminosity is not a creation of this planet, but was formed from the seizures of supernova andseeded in the first collections of matter molding the embryonic earth.

The golden jasmine is similar to a diamond in many ways, but is created as a result of much

Page 40: THE BLUE STONE Healing Science of Thoth Hermes · Thoth began to assume more of his true ... revealed to me years later in “conversation” with him in my soul-being, that he “wrote”

greater pressures and heat. The crystalline cells or energy chambers of the golden jasmine arepyramidical and are placed in relationship to each other as to create a double ray, one projectingoutward and the other inward.

Hermes taught that this property caused the golden jasmine to be both rigid and facile. Theseterms he applied to the alchemical tendencies of energies in matter. That which aligned itsenergy so that no true purity could be formed through the mingling with foreign energy typeswas rigid in energy structure. That which was receptive to a fluidity of change in its creation ofpurity was facile.

Example: A diamond cannot be merged with an emerald and remain pure. That is producinganother stone of quality as a result of the combination. Therefore, the diamond and emerald arerigid. An apple and a pear, however, can join energies to create a new fruit which is as pure orpurer in energy structure as the two parents. This is of course something that does not occurnaturally, but in Hermes's age could be stimulated to occur.

Because of the unusual quality of the golden jasmine, it was seen to actually create new cellswhen drawn upon, repairing withered limbs and growing new organs. Because of its rarity onand in this sphere, it was mostly drawn upon etherically, and in some cases this was sufficientfor the seemingly miraculous cures.

Still, many did not have the psychic capability to affect such drastic changes within thebiological system. Consequently, several of these stones were brought from other planets thathad experienced more supernova seeding than had the Earth.

Hermes initiated this import, receiving and storing the stones in the subterranean vaults beneathRamon, his vast science complex in Egypt.

Jade was used by Hermes and his disciples as a memory stone. When held and rubbed, pastrecall was given to the holder through symbols and visions. Although Hermes did not truly needjade to induce his recall, he taught its beneficial use to others.

Pearls were used by Hermes's patients to reduce swelling in body tissues. They also werethought to relieve pain and swelling in the gums, healing abscesses and gum disease. Hermesoccasionally would implant pearls in the gum temporarily to relieve serious cases.

Emeralds were healers of the eyes and also a balancer of the third eye in relation to the othertwo. It was believed important that the third eye or astral vision be balanced with the physicalvision to form a pyramid of dimensional sight. While true dimensional sight is rare, a properbalance of the three organs was seen to create harmony throughout the body.

The emerald was also associated with the vibration of elements in liquids. It was known by theelect initiates that on certain distant worlds the structure of the emerald crystallines were at restor not frozen in symmetry, producing the properties of a liquid. On the planet called Hazitita bythe initiates located in a far solar system were large natural bodies of liquid emerald lakes. Consequently, the gem was in radiance with the fluid pressure of the body. The ancient

Page 41: THE BLUE STONE Healing Science of Thoth Hermes · Thoth began to assume more of his true ... revealed to me years later in “conversation” with him in my soul-being, that he “wrote”

physicians used this stone to treat all fluid disorders of the body. Hermes, carrying it a stepfurther, applied the emerald etherically into the fluid of the body with amazing results. The lapis lazuli was the royal gem of Egypt. For centuries, it represented Egypt symbolically. The properties of the lapis were found to be chameleon, reacting uniquely on the individual. Itwas especially unusual, in that when worn, rubbed or drawn upon etherically, it began a slowprocess of healing that affected the total organism, even if the patient was not aware of certainailments that were festering within.

The lapis's energies seemed to possess a mind of their own, seeking out the imbalances withoutthe aid of the mind direction. All that was required of the participant was that he maintain anopen channel.

Hermes believed that the properties of the lapis were such that they could not distinguishseparate conditions of the organism they penetrated, but rather their nature was to unify energieswhich were open to mingle with the lapis energies. The one function of the lapis, reasonedHermes, was to unify. Through unification within a biological system was achieved total health.Aquamarine, like the emerald, is a fluid stone, but found in smaller pools of liquid on someplanets, usually near deposits of silicates on other worlds. It too was thought to affect the liquidsof the body, being more effective on the secretions of the chakras, the pineal gland, in particular, than the general body fluids. Aquamarine was used to correct disturbances of the stomach, bowel, kidneys and liver.

There is a subterranean aquamarine created under greater pressure that is not aqua at all but rosepink, given the name of rose flora, it was applied by Hermes's patients etherically for the sameconditions as was the blue aquamarine, but was also known to be effective on all body tissue andskin.

It was thought to cure diseased tissue and to stimulate the tissues to regeneration themselves to adegree, especially surface skin. Rose flora was drawn upon by expectant mothers, absorbed intothe womb. This was believed to regulate the cyclic condition of the embryonic fluid.

Topaz was applied to increase the luster and thickness of the hair and to maintain the true color. It also was believed to clear the murkiness of the eyes, as was coral. Coral was also used as adetoxifier and diuretic.

Petrified woods were often rubbed and meditated upon to produce far memory or theremembrance of past lives, which was also true of jade. Petrified woods, especially redwood, was applied etherically to repolarize the body and balance the skeletal system.

Petrified mastodon bone and tusk was effective in relaxing the patient by either rubbing orwearing it about the neck, wrist, ankle or finger. Ivory of all kinds was thought to act upon thenervous system, relaxing the nervous armor. Ivory also was recommended as a strengthener ofbone and bone marrow.

Turquoise was applied to patients with high blood pressure and other circulatory conditions. Itwas also used for fever and to reduce infection. Moonstone was recommended for warts and

other external growths. It was rubbed across the growth several times a day. The sparklingamethyst was known as a toner of the astral and etheric bodies, bringing about alignment of thechakra centers and sharpening the colors of the aura.

The sapphire is a stone germinated from the lapis lazuli. It was revealed by the sensitives of thepast to be a raptured lapis, or rather a lapis lazuli in a sublimed state. The most radiant degree ofcosmic ascension for this stone being the blue star sapphire.

The subterranean mined stars were the most treasured, for the star points were truer in refractionof light and etheric rays. The sapphires were used primarily for spiritual attunement, but alsowere applied etherically as body toners, strengthening muscles for general elasticity. The bluestar was the most potent, being administered to those with withered and atrophied muscles. There is the blue double star sapphire of the subterranean mines that is of even greater potency.Lastly, there is the dazzling ring of flames opal of subterranea, which arranges its mineral colorsin circles of flame. Hermes wrote several books on gems, describing the benefits of each andencouraging the application of gems through the etheric and astral currents.
