complete title to your name and your property in hand! There can be

no e#cuse for any &udge or layer mista'ing this fact% but theyroutinely contrive to continue presuming a role as e#ecutive

administrator of your estate and pretend to have the right to overruleyou the laful beneficiary of your estate on the basis of

deliberately falsified public records held by the probate courts! Theprobate courts have been "misinformed" to the effect that you are

missing% and as a result% you have been "presumed dead" and

declared legally dead as if you ere Robinson Crusoe! Acting upon this'non and obviously false presumption% the &udges act as "e#ecutors

de son tort" and dispose of you and your property hoever they seefit% instead of honoring your instructions to them as the laful

beneficiary of your on estate! This is a form of fraud 'non as a

"Reverse Trust Scheme" in hich the trustee of an estate% public orprivate% contrives to usurp the position of the laful beneficiary for

their on or an accomplice(s gain! )t is being done via the use ofdeceitfully similar names% e!g!% *ohn +uincy Adams versus *O,N

the fraud has been set up many years before you ever enter acourtroom and it has all been accomplished ithout your 'noledge or

consent hile you ere still a baby in your cradle and e1uallyithout the 'noledge or consent of your parents!
