His passion for aviation can be attributed to his own interest in flying. Not many people know the fact that he has been a Helicopter & airplane pilot since 1996 and as of 2014, he has accumulated over 9300 TT. During his free time, Denis doesn’t like being a party animal, but often, he takes his helicopter from coast to coast within the country. He has also been part of two transatlantic flights and one mono motor flight Quebec to Madagascar.

In 2000, from being known from Denis Vincent Helico to entering real estate, Denis took the smart move. In the last 14 years and counting, he has been a phenomenal force behind a number of different real estate projects, often pushing mergers and acquisitions.
