The Best Spots on the Web for Pawn News

How do we get our news today? According to a recent study by the Pew

Research Center, over half of Americans rely on the internet for our news and

information. It’s as easy as pressing a few buttons on your keyboard and clicking

enter to find pretty much anything you need. Do you want to know about

dolphin’s eating habits? No problem. How to ride a bike with 1 leg? Sure!

Information is everywhere, but the trick is weeding through the stuff you don’t

need to get to the relevant information. So, what do you do if you are looking for

something as specific as news about the Pawn Industry, Pawnbrokers or Pawn

Shops? A google search could help, but you do have to search specifically for

every article or trend you are looking for. That can be time consuming, and since

you are the one searching, it doesn’t really provide you with any new trends or

information that you’re not already looking for.

Places like PawnTimes.com and PawnShopsToday.com are great sources,

because they have articles gathered into easy-to-search websites. On Pawn

Times.com you can read about pawn news, get articles on current gold prices,

collateral loans, even international pawn shop news – pretty much any news out

there that is related to the pawn industry. They update it regularly, so you can

check back throughout the week to get up-to-date information on what’s new in

the pawn industry. It has news for people on both sides of the counter – there are

articles written for people looking to pawn items, as well as news and information

for pawnbrokers. Pawnshops Today is geared more specifically towards

pawnbrokers, but also has some really interesting information about how pawn

shops operate, and an FAQ for people interested in knowing more about what to

expect when visiting a pawn shop.

You could also check out the National Pawnbroker’s Association website, which

is the pawn industry’s membership website. It’s an interesting site even if you

don’t work at a pawn shop; they have news on awards given to pawn shop

owners, information about national meetups, and updates about market trends. It

also has a feature that lets you search for stores across the US that are

members of the NPA. For example, if you’re traveling and want to visit a pawn

shop that you know you can trust, you could visit this site to see where the

nearest NPA pawnshop is located.

There is plenty of great information out there on the internet about, pawn news,

pawn shops and much more. The trick is knowing where to look.
