The Best Lan Party Games ensures a roaring fun time for you and your friends andeliminates wasting time finding something to play together (totally offline) over a LAN.

I loved games since I could remember and even got into trouble many times for spendingmy pocket money at the arcade machines at the corner café.

What made it especially fun was to go with my best friend that made the experience somuch more enjoyable. We played games together like WWE, Double Dragon, Final Fight,Twin Cobra and many more.

16-bit Game consoles, the Commodore 64 and ZX spectrum came to market and we hadsome fun on those but it was not the same until Doom, Hexen, Death Rally and Hereticfeatured on DOS and then later Duke Nukem 3D.

No, I did not forget about Quake but I was never into it. I enjoyed Blood and Duke Nukem3D much more.

The best part was that you could hook up two computers via serial cable and playtogether for a total blast. Our rst LAN (Local Area Network) games was played via serialcable.

Call it nostalgia, but playing multiplayer games online is just not the same as havingsomeone over for a game session. There is nothing better than laughing together orwitness the expressions of defeat or victory.

Since then, I always have at least two computers connected to a LAN and ready for agame session but it happened a few times where nding a game to play was challengingor where there were patching problems preventing us from playing the game and itended up in wasting a whole day.
