We welcome you with a warm smile and would be pleased to meet your every need, with refined recipes made with select ingredients and a professional service.

Fresh vegetables, tender meat and fragrant herbs and spices – we use only the finest ingredients to obtain the highest quality.

For your successful conference we can offer a culinary tour around the world, from Asian finger foods to Provençal specialties and delicious deserts. We source our ingredients carefully, keeping an eye on additives, processing and taste. To serve you the best quality we prefer regional suppliers and check them on a daily basis to ensure that our high standards are being met.

Food should be delicious – but it should also be healthy. Dyes, antioxidants, flavor enhancers, stabilizers,preservatives or emulsifying agents aren’t included in any of our recipes. We would be pleased to inform you about the components and allergens of our food and beverage selection.

Our team of 20 dedicated staff members will look after you and make sure you enjoy your visit to the Airport Conference Center.

General Terms and Conditions for Events

I. Scope1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the performance of banquet and catering services for events including, but

not limited to, conferences, banquets, seminars, conventions and other events as well as all related additional services and deliveries effected by LSG Sky Chefs Lounge GmbH (hereinafter “LLG”).

2. Deviating terms, even insofar as they are included in the General Terms and Conditions of the Contracting Partner (hereinafter “Buyer”), do not apply unless LLG expressly agreed to these in writing.

II. Formation of ContractThe contract governing the event (hereinafter the “Contract”) is only formed once the management of LLG signs the offer previously signed by the Buyer.

III. Services, Pricing, Payment1. The Buyer shall undertake to pay the prices agreed to for these services to LLG after being invoiced.2. Also, the Buyer shall be liable for the payment of any and all food and beverages ordered by the respective event

participants as well as any other costs generated by the event participants.3. The agreed prices are net prices. The respectively applicable rate of statutory value added tax shall be itemised on

the LLG invoice and is for the account of the Buyer.4. LLG invoices are payable by the Buyer within 14 days as of the invoice’s date of issue, without deduction.5. LLG is entitled to charge a fee for payments in arrears once default has occurred, in the amount of EUR 5.00 per

reminder.6. LLG is entitled, upon formation of the Contract or thereafter, to request a reasonable advance payment or security

and to make the provision of its services contingent on the payment of such advance payment or security. LLG is also entitled to declare the amount due for receivables accrued during the event by issuing an interim invoice at any time and to demand immediate payment.

7. The Buyer may offset a claim of LLG against an undisputed or finalised claim only.

IV. Cancellation of Order1. In the case of a change or cancellation of the order by the Buyer LLG is entitled to demand compensation on the

grounds of the following provisions: (a) If the order is cancelled up to 8 days before the start of the event, 40% of the estimated sales

(menu price x number of persons) is due for payment. In any case, LLG must be reimbursed for any special services which cannot be used as a result of the cancellation.

(b) If the order is cancelled between 7 and 4 days before the start of the event, 50% of the estimated sales (menu price x number of persons) is due for payment. In any case, LLG must be reimbursed for any special services which cannot be used as a result of the cancellation.

(c) If the order is cancelled within 3 days before the start of the event, 75% of the estimated sales (menu price x number of persons) is due for payment. In any case, LLG must be reimbursed for any special services which cannot be used as a result of the cancellation.

2. For every one of these cases the Buyer is entitled to submit proof that LLG saved a larger share of expenses and consequently suffered a smaller loss.

V. Change in the Number of Participants and Time of Event1. The Buyer shall undertake to inform LLG at the time of placing the order of the presumed number of participants.

LLG must be informed in writing of the final number of participants no later than four business days prior to the start of the event, so as to allow for a careful preparation. Changes in the number of participants shall not be for the account of LLG.

2. When calculating the price of the services which LLG charges based on the number of registered persons (food and beverages), the actual number of persons will be invoiced in case the number of registered and contractually agreed participants increases. Should the number of contractually agreed participants decrease by over 5% LLG is entitled to base its invoice on the effectively incurred additional costs resulting from this.

3. If the agreed start and end time of the event changes without the prior written consent of LLG, LLG may invoice the additional cost of reserving personnel and equipment unless LLG is responsible for the change in times.

4. Whenever events are scheduled to continue until after 11 pm and unless agreed otherwise, LLG is entitled to charge its personnel expenses incurred from this point in time on the basis of an itemised invoice. Also, LLG may pass on the employees’ travel expenses as itemised if they returned home after the regular hours of operation of public transport services, unless LLG is responsible for such a delay.

VI. Provision of Food and Beverages by the BuyerThe Buyer shall only be entitled to provide food and beverages for events following the prior written agreement with LLG. In these cases, LLG may invoice a service charge to cover its overheads.

VII. Event1. Insofar as LLG procures technical and other equipment of third parties for the Buyer based on the Buyer’s order,

it shall be acting in the name and with the authority and for the account of the Buyer. The Buyer shall be liable for the careful handling and proper return to the third party. The Buyer shall release LLG in particular of any third party claims resulting from the provision of such equipment unless LLG is at fault for any damage that occurred.

2. The use of the Buyer’s own electrical equipment and facilities by the Buyer is subject to the prior consent of LLG. Any damage that possibly occurs as a result of using such electrical equipment shall be remedied by the Buyer respect. are to be reimbursed by the same unless LLG is responsible for such damage. The consumption of electricity will be settled according to a previously agreed fixed sum.

3. The Buyer shall obtain any and all official permits required to hold the event at its own cost. The Buyer is equally obligated to comply with these permits as well as all other public law regulations related to the event.

VIII. Liability and Limitation1. Should disruptions or defects occur in respect of the services rendered by LLG, LLG shall remedy these following

the immediate notification of the Buyer. If the Buyer culpably omits to immediately notify LLG of such a defect, the right to a reduction is forfeited.

2. LLG shall be liable for all damage resulting from the injury to life, limb and health in accordance with statutory provisions.

3. In other respect, LLG’s liability is limited in the individual case to the maximum amount of EUR 1,000,000,00 per claim as far as property damage is concerned. LLG’s liability for financial loss is excluded. The limitation and exclu-sion of liability does not apply insofar as the cause of the damage is due to the wilful or gross negligent violation of duty on behalf of LLG, its legal representatives or employees.

4. Claims for damages on behalf of the Buyer expire by limitation no later than two years after such moment when the Buyer learned of the damage respect. in the absence of such knowledge, no later than three years as of the moment of the harmful event. This does not apply to the liability for damage resulting from the injury to life, limb and health as well as for other damage based on the wilful and gross negligent violation of duty on behalf of LLG or its representatives.

IX. Final Provisions1. Amendments or supplements to the Contract, the acceptance of the order or these Terms and Conditions for

Events must be stipulated in writing to become effective.2. The place of performance is the respective venue of the event.3. The courts of Frankfurt am Main shall have exclusive jurisdiction, even for disputes concerning cheques and bills of

exchange, in matters related to commercial transactions.4. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The application of the United Nations Convention on Con-

tracts for the International Sale of Goods of 11 April 1980 is excluded.5. If the Contracting Parties unanimously agree to substitute one or several provisions to these Terms and Conditions

by special agreement, the remaining provisions shall not be affected and continue to apply.6. Should one or several of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, then this does not

affect the remaining provisions. Such invalid provisions, if the dispositive law does not provide for a respective regulation, shall be substituted by such agreements which are closest to the intended economic purpose of these provisions, with full respect of legality.
