spent in the sun, accompanied by champagne, oysters and Jazz, to full dinner theatre packages with set menu choices.
Aligning with Luxe Bar’s focus for delivering exclusive cocktail service, winning more awards than most bars on the East Coast,
bamBOO functions are serviced by highly trained Bartenders, with a limitless reservoir of drink options. Possibilities for interactive chef demonstrations and personal cocktail classes are examples of
entertainment choices.

ranging from a trio of musicians to a full floorshow spectacular.
The stage itself is an extensive seven by nine metres wide and gives bamBOO its personality. There is no other space in Australia which offers the same intimate, under the stars entertainment experience as
bamBOO.
Straying away from traditional forms of corporate entertainment, the bamBOO team prides itself on creativity and innovative thinking, dedicated to finding performances
and assisting in the shaping of your function.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS1. A deposit of 25% of the total package amount (together with a signed booking form) must be provided to the bamBOO team within fourteen (14) days of booking the function (or immediately if the booking is made within fourteen days of the function). Your booking will not be confirmed until receipt of such deposit and booking form.2. For groups of 40 people of more, if cancellation or postponement occurs within 72 hours of the function, you must pay bamBOO the full amount which would otherwise have been payable to bamBOO if the function had been held (including the deposit referred to above). If cancellation occurs within twelve (12) days of the function, your deposit will be forfeited to bamBOO. 3. You must advise bamBOO of the final number of guests at least 72 hours prior to the function. You will be liable to pay the cost of the function as based on this final advised number even if the actual number of guests is less than this final number advised. 4. You must confirm the menu and beverage selections at least twelve (12) days prior to the function. Listed menu items/ prices featured in this brochure are subject to change at any time without notice at management’s discretion. 5. In the case of severe weather conditions you will be notified three days prior to the date of the function with a “Warning of Cancellation due to Weather”. At this point bamBOO will discuss whether the function will be postponed to a later date or cancelled. On the morning of the function, you will be notified again by bamBOO on the final decision by Luxe Bar’s management. If cancellation occurs due to weather, your deposit will be forfeited to bamBOO.6. In the case of slight weather conditions that may affect the experience of function guests, bamBOO will mount a marquee on the terrace area and guests can be moved into this space and in undercover area between Luxe Bar and bamBOO. 7. You must ensure that your guests and invitees, strictly observe and comply with all applicable laws, the rules and policies of bamBOO and any lawful directions of bamBOO. You assume full responsibility of the conduct of your guests and invitees, and you must ensure Luxe Bar’s other guests and visitors are not disturbed by your function, guests or invitees. bamBOO may refuse admission to, or eject from the function, and / or the complex any person who in bamBOO’s opinion is not conducting him or herself in a proper, orderly or lawful manner. 8. You acknowledge that bamBOO practices the responsible serving of alcohol in accordance with its obligations under its liquor licence. You must comply and procure the compliance of your guests and invitees with the conditions of such liquor licence, any request from staff limiting the serving and or consumption of alcohol, and bamBOO’s guidelines and protocols for the responsible use of alcohol. 9. You are responsible for, and you release and indemnify bamBOO, its employees and agents from and against , any loss, any claim, demand or damage however arising in connection with the function, except to the extent that such loss, claim, demand or damage is cause by bamBOO or its employees or agents. 10. Without limiting any other rights bamBOO has at law, bamBOO may terminate the function if: (a) you and or any of your guests or invitees fail to comply strictly with these terms and conditions; or (b) an event which is beyond the reasonable control of you or bamBOO (including, without limitation, an Act of God, industrial relations action, a terrorist act or an accident) prevents the holding of the function. 11. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “bamBOO” means bamBOO as part of Luxe Bar International ABN 40 722 134 402 and includes, where appropriate, the employees, agents and contractors of Luxe Bar.
