With the ageing Australian population, it is more important than ever that specialists working in a variety of disciplines - from endocrinology to rheumatology, general medicine, respiratory medicine, rehabilitation, geriatric medicine, and (not surprisingly!) orthopaedic surgery - are confident and skilled in managing common bone diseases.
