ATS Quick Med Check - Configuration & Use

The ATS Quick Med Check is used as a “Quick-Entry” station for Users

to complete their common tasks. ATS Quick Med Check comes in two

variations, the installed version, for PC’s and laptops and a web version

for Ipads (or anywhere an installed program is not convenient).

Login as a User

(not an athlete) just

like you are logging

into the ATS core

program

Enter the server

name “Pittsburgh”

for the first use.

Enter your database

Clicking on the “Advanced/Hide”

button allows entry of the server

name and database

You will be provided with an ATS Quick Med Check web link for your

specific database.

Below is the 1st section of the \Admin\Site Info screen that are used to configure

the options available for the ATS Kiosk and ATS Quick Med Check

Goto Admin Site Info

Use the dropdown boxes on the

Rehab, Modality, Strength & Proto-

col tabs to pick the items from

your existing Rehab, Modality and

strength and protocol areas. The

“Button Text” is what will show on

the ATS Quick Med Check screen.



The control for users of ATS Quick Med Check is handled thru each us-

ers account. Functions turned on in the core for a given user will work in ATS Quick Med Check

Under the “Modules”

tab on the user screen

you should check/

uncheck the modules

you want this user to

have access to in ATS

Quick Med Check and

everywhere else.

These buttons are used

to enter/view rehabs &

modalities; report an

injury or scheduling.

Once logged in you see a screen similar to the one shown below (depending on your

configuration. All the buttons may be configured. The method(s) for this are discussed

on page 5.

The 24 blue buttons

(That you configured via

the Site Info screen) are

used to choose from

Rehabs, Modalities or

Strength and Condition-

ing exercises depend-

ing on what tab is cho-

sen. *Modalities are displayed

These 12 green but-

tons (That you configured

via the Site Info screen)

are used to choose

from Rehab, Modality,

or Strength protocols

depending on what

tab is chosen.

The 4 gold buttons are

used to choose from

ALL available modali-

ties or rehabs or

strength exercises or

protocols in your sys-

tem.

Several quick “one

click” functions are

available

You can attach your own

videos and pictures to

Modalities, rehabs and

Strength exercises and

athletes can display

them via these buttons.

All functions can be

saved to either a body

part or an Injury
