  • Well-Lit Campus Campus is always very well lit. I really appreciate being able to see and be seen when going to work early in the morning.
  • Slide 4
  • Flooded Sidewalks The sidewalks flood whenever it rains, making it difficult to get across campus. This problem is especially bad in front of Brady and Osborn

  • Follow thru This should have been cleaned up after the project was completed. The items have been forgotten in the flower beds for weeks.

  • Tardis By placing the Tardis on campus, this small student group received a lot of no cost social media attention. Good job.

  • Fletcher entrance This project should never have been started during GLSW. Didnt anybody think of that??
  • Slide 8
  • Stained ceiling tiles Ceiling tiles are relatively inexpensive. Wouldnt take much to fix this situation. Students actually asked me to take pictures of this.
  • Slide 9
  • Dirty window I\m not sure the last time the outside of this window was cleaned. How come nobody notices this??? Simple and cheap fixes to make the place look professional. Lack of attention to detail in many areas.

  • Student Teaching We offer students extraordinary regional experiences such as doing their student teaching on Mackinac Island.

  • Motor Pool Car Every time I have taken a LSSU vehicle it has been really clean and ready to go on time. Adam has also been fast to process requests for cars.

  • Library 278 This lecture room has water stains on the ceiling, the hole in the ceiling that is sort of covered with computer paper, and old carpeting. It could really use at least paint and new carpeting. Several of the large freshman classes use it and we are much better than this room showcases!

  • Atlantic Salmon Atlantic Salmon take at the ARL. The exposure to practical work in the field there was, to me, one of the better aspects of LSSU.

  • Teddy Bear Toss for Charity LSSU supports our Military local charities in many ways. This night was dubbed as Veterans Night and all active military, reserve guardsman and veterans were allowed free entry to the game. There was also a teddy bear toss to benefit children during Christmas time. Soldiers from local units were in attendance in uniform - and were honored. Also - LSSU student volunteers were in the Norris Center lobby, where they collected clothing and non- perishable foods. Anyone who donated got a coupon for a free pop at the concessions stand.
