How can I develop my skills to bring water content

and innovative dialogue processes together - to

work toward stronger outcomes?

We know the impact that develops from combining water content with skilled process design and hosting skills. By learning to be a ‘host‘ of groups and spaces from a level of consciousness where one enables people to be as authentic as possible, one is hosting innovation. Participants are invited to bring concrete projects and challenges to work with throughout the programme. Practice opportunities and a customised workbook will be provided to support continued learning. Through this training, we wish to support an ongoing community of practice in facilitating water dialogues.

Who should go?

We believe systemic change needs cross-sector perspec-tives. We invite you: water and sustainability professionals, decision-makers and teams, convenors of cross-sector dialogues and enablers of multi-stakeholder collaboration, corporate innovators and consultants, environmental managers within municipalities, water entrepreneurs, community leaders and program managers.

At this training we dive into pro-cess design steps, mental frame-works to understand how to work with emergence and complexity within groups, and practical tools to support practitioners in con-vening and hosting meaningful conversations within their own contexts and challenges.
