• Dedicated to alpine plants (extracts);• 1’500 m2;• R&D: Technological platform: 400 m2;• Incubator: 6 incubator modules (52m2 each);• SME: Industrial platform: 570 m2;• Operational since January 2013;

Dedicated to ICT (Human Machine Interaction); Total surface 2000m2; 1 R&D institution => Idiap; Incubator: 3 start-ups; 10 SMEs; 150 people/jobs New building MyPark/IdeArk;

Supporting start-up projects; 4 Phases process

Selection (2-3 weeks);Pre-incubation (max. 12 months);Starting incubation (12-18 months);Development incubation ( max.12 months);

Package offered Coaching; Fully equiped offices (or labs for life sciences); Third-party services ;


The Ark Incubator - Business Model

Package amount defined according to the s’up needs (budget); The amount consumed is credited (no cash out); After 3 years the start-up has to reimburse:

50% of the amount in cas of success; nothing in case of failure;100% in case of leaving the canton

Since 2004: 80% survival rate;


Techno-pôle/TechnoArk – Business Model

Private/Public Partnership (PPP); Private owned company (Techno-pôle SA) in charge of:

Funding; Construction; Real estate aspects;

Public owned entity (TechnoArk SA) in charge of: Site management; Marketing
