Educating families to be successful while navigating complicated systems of care
Watching over your loved ones and caring for those who cannot care for themselves through Virginia’s Guardianship of Last Resort program
People First ALLY/ToastMasters People First is an advocacy organization designed for and run by people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It was started in the 1990’s and continues today in 2012.A Life Like Yours Toastmasters provides an opportunity for all people to learn how to speak up and listen to others.

1. Lunch Bunch – informal and over lunch we will sit with you to answer your questions. Every other Tuesday except during Holidays, 12pm-2pm. Call us or visit our website for days and times.
2. GPS+ - an evening alternative to Lunch Bunch. Offered in the evenings First Wednesday of the month. 7-9pm.
3. The Arc Resource Connection – located on our website the “Connection’s” database helps you to find professionals and services 24/7.
4. Call Us! We will try to answer your questions over the phone and connect you to services or programs in the area!
