The Arc Baltimore is the nation’s largest — and most successful — community-based employment program for people with developmental disabilities. Our workers are skilled, reliable and motivated. They don’t just want a job; they want a career.
Participants in Career Catalyst receive an intensive job evaluation, internships in a variety of industries with on-the-job coaching, and job readiness instruction in a classroom setting.
"We're honored to be part of the Career Catalyst program. The interns display a positive attitude and are capable and skilled with an excellent work ethic. We highly recommend utilizing The Arc's services and hope to continue with further internships in the future."
