The Advanced Placement Program at Thornlea

secondary school offers incoming grade 8 students

the opportunity to enroll in the grade 9 AP courses:

English, Math and Science.

Students will have the opportunity to pursue higher

learning in these subjects and choose from

a wider selection of AP enriched courses in

grades 10 to 12 including, but not limited to:

Arts, French, Chemistry, Biology, Physics,

Advanced Functions, Calculus and History.

Students in the AP program at Thornlea can also

enroll in the ACAM program and the French

Immersion program, while building their academic

portfolio.

You will learn more about the AP program, Pre-AP and AP courses, costs, and

the benefits and advantages of participating in this unique opportunity.
