Nominees for this award are put forward by their colleagues and managers. This year saw the inaugural Annual Directors’ Employee of the Year Award for employees in the Philippines. For 2016, this was awarded to Gloria Policarpio . Managing Director Harley Sparke will be heading to the Philippines in November and as part of his trip will have the pleasure of personally presenting this Award to Gloria. Gloria received this award for consistently demonstrating quality internal and external customer service delivery. At the commencement of the year, she was appointed team leader of the CPAG Philippines Accounts Receivable team in recognition of her exceptional work. Gloria has stepped up in this role and continues to provide strong leadership to her team.

On the home front, Asset Protection Officer Claudia Nicholls received theAnnual Director’s Employee of the Year. Claudia is a strong, highly adaptableand loyal employee for the CPA Group. Whilst working across multiple sites forCPA, she has shown her ability to diverse, flexible and dedicated in her role. The Stuart Callaghan Award was established in 2013 in dedication of StuCallaghan who tragically passed away. Stu was a member of the CPA GroupFamily and was last appointed as the Site Security Supervisor at WICET.The award recognises a CPA employee, both full time or casual, permanent ormulti-site allocated, for continually demonstrating the following criteria:
Dedicated customer serviceOutstanding performance of dutyCommitment to teamworkCommitment to security and safety in CPA operations
This year the Award was received by Shane Freier, 2IC at Caltex LyttonRefinery.
