Integra ® Silicone Toe System The Integra ® Silicone MTP Arthroplasty products are designed to limit uncertainty for the replacement of the MTP Joint. The medical grade silicone polymer (UltraSIL) has higher tensile strength, tear and abrasion resistance than the other previous silicone offerings*. Integra offers FGT and CGT implants to support the reconstruction of the first MTP joint and the LMP implant for the lesser MTP joints that provides full anatomic function. The Integra Silicone FGT and CGT Devices are indicated for: Hallux limitus or hallux rigidus • Painful rheumatoid arthritis Hallux abducto valgus associated with arthritis Unstable or painful joint from previous surgery The Integra Silicone LMP Device is indicated for: Partial or complete dislocation of the lesser metatarsophalangeal joint Pain associated with rheumatoid or osteoarthritis Repair of unsuccessful arthroplasties of the lesser metatarsophalangeal joint Stiffness at the lesser metatarsophalangeal joint associated with joint disease • Kohler’s disease Hammer toe deformity where the proximal phalanx is dorsally located on the metatarsal in a fixed contracture state *Data on file with Integra The Anatomical Advantage Designed to Match the Patient Anatomy Axial offset hinge reduces stress on the prosthesis and improves biomechanical function Prosthesis stems match canal shapes; phalangeal stem is trapezoidal and the metatarsal stem is rectangular FGT design preserves flexor hallucis brevis tendon with angled osteotomies Features and Benefits Designed for Range of Motion Hinge offers 95 degrees range of motion and prevents grommets from contacting each other Designed for Strength Patented strength rib aids in the overall strength of the construct and gives the implant its signature rigidity Optional titanium grommets offered with Flexible Great Toe
