The private Denali railcar offers the perfect first-class luxury experience for corporate retreats, intimate wedding parties, high-level business meetings, entertaining VIPs or just about any specialevent or ceremony that calls for a unique departure from the usual.

This trip includes round-trip travel to Seward aboard theprivate Denali railcar, which comfortably accommodatesup to 16 guests. Elegance is an understatement whendescribing this turn-of-the-century gem. The luxuriouscoach was built in late 1929 and was refurbished by theAlaska Railroad through the generous support of theRasmuson Foundation. The Denali railcar is dressed in radiant crystal, well-appointed in burgundy and bronze,embellished with imported mahogany, and decorated withmarble inlays and Impressionist art-classic influences.

The Denali railcar Seward excursion will provide you andyour guests a relaxed and ultra-comfortable rail tripthrough one of the most spectacular and scenic corridors onthe railbelt. All will enjoy panoramic views along Turnagain Arm, amazing mountain vistas, and stunning azure-coloredBartlett and Spencer Glaciers – only accessible by train.

Arriving in Seward by 11:00 AM, your group will have theentire afternoon to tour the town and/or experience a numberof bay tours and excursions. The evening return trip offers a different perspective of Alaska’s spectacular mountain scenery,all in the lap of luxury.
