Disadvantages for the Employees

Takes Training. Some user might need to be trained probably in order to use the software to its highest

standards. If a person goes to the training his or hers work would fall onto a other employee which means that the employee has to work extra hours and more work. This is also a disadvantage for the company because the company have to use more money to bring out people who will teach their employees.

Increased complexity . With some customising software customising can make the application its self more

complicated to control. This causes the software to slow down which means the employee can’t do the work they have been given because they don’t have the software to do it.

Support needs. Some customising software has to be tested again and again to see if any problems come

up when the systems is being used so they can see if they can solve the problems before it hits the shelves. Some of these problems might occur is the user has no experience with the software.
