China National Convention Centre Capturing the heart precinct of Beijing Olympic Green, China National Convention Centre is right next to the Bird Nest (China National Stadium for the Olympics opening and closing ceremony), the Water Cube (National Aquatics Center) and National Indoor Stadium. Sitting in the center of the Olympic commercial circle between Beijing's fourth and fifth ring roads, CNCC boasts an enviable location. It's only 30 minutes drive to the airport and the subway station is connected with CNCC's basement which enables people to quickly go to the city center, the airport, the Beijing Railway station, the central business district, China's silicon valley Zhongguancun, and many tourist attractions such as Tian'anmen Square, Forbidden City or Summer Palace. Promotion Plan for Visitors 1. Global Professional Promotion Advertisements for promotion will be launched starting from March, 2010 till November, 2010. Advertisements including 100 thousand inserts will be placed on main publications in the industry. Online advertisements and special coverage of exhibition will be posted on web portals and electrommunication of the industry. 2. Mass Media The news on the Exhibition will be released by means of newspapers and periodicals, magazines, network and TV etc. 3. Press Conference Press conference on the Exhibition will be held to attract more attention of exhibitors and visitors in China. 4. Direct Mail One full-scale advertising activity based on direct mail will cover 0.2 million insiders. 5. Incentive plan for pre-registered visitors The organizer will design and implement one incentive plan for maximizing the attendance of pre-registered visitors. 6. E-mail E-mail invitation letter will be sent to lead the potential visitor to make pre-registration six months ahead of the Exhibition. News on the Exhibition, exhibitor and industry information will be regularly released.7. Online Exhibitor ListingAll registered exhibitors will be listed on the official website of the Exhibition for being viewed and inquired by the visitors. 8. Show Directory Exhibition directories will be given to each visitor free of charge prior to entry to the exhibition. Each exhibitor is entitled to a brief introduction and the opportunity to place an advertisement at a cost.

Process for Attending the Exhibition1. After receiving this document, exhibitor shall fill in Application Form for Exhibition to apply for participating in the Exhibition. 2. After receiving application for exhibition, the organizer of the Exhibition will send Confirmation Contract to the exhibitor concerned. 3. The exhibitor concerned shall sign the Confirmation Contract and return it to the organizer and provide information on the scope of its principal business and other necessary data for editing Exhibition directories. 4. Upon the receipt of Confirmation Contract signed by the exhibitor concerned, the organizer will send Exhibitor Manual to the exhibitor. 5. Exhibitors enter exhibition venue at two days before the Exhibition begins. 6. The Exhibition begins.7. The Exhibition comes to a close, Exhibition is removed.

Services for Exhibitors: 1. The general arrangement of exhibition hall is made by the organizer while the arrangement within booths is made by exhibitors. 2. Chinese and English names of exhibitors on standard booths are arranged in the uniform form by the organizer, exhibitors provide accurate Chinese and English names. 3. The organizer is responsible for providing cleaning (that within booths is performed by exhibitors), public security and fire protection services. 4. Standard booths are erected by contractors entrusted by the organizer, raw space are erected by contractors selected by exhibitors (exhibitors may also select the contractor designated by the organizer). 5. Logistics for exhibition is performed by the contractor designated by the organizer. 6. The organizer provides accommodation reservation services. 7. The organizer provides meeting room reservation services to exhibitors who want to hold meeting during exhibition period. 8. The Exhibition is open to the general public for visiting without charge. 9. The organizer is responsible for organizing managerial personnel, engineers and technicians, product marketing and sourcing personnel from related industries to visit the Exhibition.
