Soft copies of the manuscript shall be forwarded to upsiupi@upsi.edu.my. Manuscript must be original and be submitted in MS Word format using Times New Roman, font size 12 with 1.5 spacing, heading 14, margin 1 inch in a A4 size paper, and should not exceed 12 page, excluding tables and figures.
