- Collecting PhD dissertations is a legal requirement by the Hungarian Law

- The appropriate legal agreement is accepted when uploading document

- Project started 2007 - 1099 thesis already

Technical background

- Home -made software with Perl scripts – Laszlo Csirmaz and Vit Lukas

- Runs on separate server

- No database software implemented – documents (PDF files) stored in file structure

- Handling 500 documents yearly – max.30M/doc.
