ProblemCustomers weren’t aware of the social impact Packed

with Purpose makes through their product.

PWP needed an insert for their gift baskets that defines their areas of impact so new customers can learn about

the impact.

They also needed a longer Impact Report to distribute to current customers to give them an in-depth look at the

business.

100% of Aspire CoffeeWorks’ proceeds go back to Aspire to support vital and meaningful programs and services. Every bag of coffee does things like support the physical therapy that teaches a child to walk, cover the cost for a high-tech device that helps a teenager speak and provide classes in which an adult learns how to live independently.

When I heard about the chance to work at Aspire CoffeeWorks and saw how they roasted coffee I thought, that’s my dream job! Aspire helped me learn how to express myself instead of keeping everything inside like I used to do. I’m really happy that I can sit and have a conversation with someone, because that’s not something I was able to do before.

Loose leaf tea became an integral part of my own recovery and continues to be a key component of my daily health regimen. The simple act of preparing loose tea is likely just as therapeutic as the tea itself. It gives me great joy to be able to share this with others and I am continually inspired by the people who courageously and actively fight to survive.

I am a single mother of two grown children. I am also an addict and a felon. But today I am not defined by those words. I am a survivor. I am working to better myself. That is one of the reasons I’m in Together We Bake, to better myself. I heard about the program before I left the jail I was in. My favorite part of the program so far has been the teamwork that I have experienced. It has been nice to be a part of a group again. I have also enjoyed making the chocolate pretzels we made with a guest baker! (Thanks Erica!) After the program is over I plan on finding work in the local area. I plan on staying in the Alexandria area. I hope to continue to use and lean on the women fromTWB as a resource while I am on my journey of recovery.
